I have a question...How can there be a title if hundreds of people already do IA?? And how would you have become the holder of said title?? I just think it isn't something that someone can "give away"...

A good question! I took the title. At the tip of a sword so to speak. I saw people doing "Iron Artist Challenges" for 20$ per picture and 4 or 5 at a time. How is that a challenge? You're earning money and hardly breaking a sweat. So in order to truly make it a challenge, I decided to push myself to my limits. 100 free sketches to anyone who wanted one finished ASAP. I took on the title "The Iron Artist" because to my knowledge, no one has duplicated my challenge. That's why I'm not just picking an artist I like to take it on. They have to earn it! :)

Well, similar to you, I am doing IA as well, cheap too. $2 for my sketches that sell between $7 and $25, and no work is started till all 100 slots are filled, and the money is not taken until I finish the sketch. So...Yeah. Kind of like you, and I will be sitting there doing all of them within two or so days if possible, as work and life have a way of fouling up my intentions of arting hardcore. :/ But, I suppose if that's the way it's viewed for that, I guess no one disputed it before. *nods* To me it just sounds like it is a title that you took because no one else really took it for themselves. But, as well, there isn't anything stopping me from using the title that you could really do about it, huh? ;P

well if you finish all of it then you could totally do that :) but if you don't then it just wouldn't be honest

Thank you for the artwork Kegawa, and congratulations on beating your other records. I don't think anyone is willing to complain about waiting for free artwork, so I wouldn't beat myself up if I were you. You have a life, and you still set up a charity (as I see it) that set a goal for yourself; and even as a wait was involved, you still got around to it at first opportunity and completed the artwork in 18 hours! That's a sketch every 11 minutes! People don't realize how hard that can be, especially when you have 100 to do and different creative designs for each that you're coming up with yourself. Thank you again for the artwork, and I wish you luck on finding a great predecessor to your title.
