Why? Why do I have to know when a new watch or a favorite has been removed? Is it necessary that I see a submission/journal/shout/comment has been deleted? Just got on to check messages today and I've got a new watch that was promptly removed. It's not really a big deal, but it always leaves me with a sense of wonderment. Did they quickly watch and then browse through my gallery and decide my art sucked or something? Lol. This frustration extends to all potentially removable things on the site. I always get curious to know why it was removed. Needless to say I don't like how fa shows you when stuff has been removed if it's still in your messages. Curious to know what others think about it. So.....thoughts?
EDIT: Ahaha first commenter. How did I not see that one coming? :|

Especially if you're like me and feel the need to track down the person who unwatched, just to make sure you haven't upset them somehow.
I'm not sure why FA made these choices, but they did. Part of it has to do with why someone might fave something and then unfave it, or watch someone and then unwatch them. If I faved something in somebody's gallery that was drawn by someone else, then found the original in the artist's own gallery, I might unfave the first one so as to fave the original, so I don't have duplicates in my faves. Another of the bazillion people might fave something and then unfave it.
