Yeegh!

Its G.E. yep they work with osha all the time. Thing is the chemical is a common industrial chemical so its used alot. Its just 'very rarely' do workers get kick around it in "normal levels". However sometimes some people have hyper sensitve ractions even with "normal levels" Aparently I'm one of those people. :/

Is file a suit with osha see your options. Cause you could die

Well since my 2nd issue in Jan 2012 (first was Nov 2011 5 months after starting the job) they figured out the Polyfoam booth must be the cause of the problem. So since then they kept me away, and then in November of last year just even walking by it caused my skin to peel off my head so I can't even walk by it now. XD


I'm "starting" to feel better, but since I still work in the same building I still get rashes, and heart pain from time to time. :/

I need to get out of this job but theirs nothing else right now.

I know right.. And mind you this is WITH Osha on their backs. This is still Osha aporved. Makes you really wonder what the heck is going into our enviorment. :/

Well I knew it was one of the chemicals in the polyfoam both since Jan 2012... Just didn't know wich one. and now I do.. YAY.

Its a factory Job with GE (and belive me Most of the work I do is sit down all day. ughhh) so its "expected" that theirs some bad stuff at the job. Really its only if something compleatly forgen is found, something thats Not suposed to be there, and I get sick, I could say something.

The Checmical is an aproved industrial chemical. As long as they are using it in the right ammounts, and the right way they are following the law. Some people
are not effected by it but around 5%-20% are... I happen to be one of the few people whos bodies just happen to not like toxic chemicals. O_o Since that precentage is low of who are sick by it its still approved for company use. However my only thing is 1) I can now have the Medical office on site be aware that this is the chemical
that messed me up and its now part of my permanant Health reacod. and 2) If I happen to get even worse between now and before I die, I might be able to take action.

Uhhhh..... I'd take action definitely before I died. More like taking action in finding another job.
