The Offer:
One Full colored image of a couple.
2 character who are ONLY IN A RELATIONSHIP. (as characters)
Either from the idea from one creator or 2 individuals creators (in other words 2 different people irl)
This will be a clean heartwarming image. NO SMUTT. >:C I like
drawing heartwarming couples images ALOT more than x-rated images in couples I

Post a journal promoting the raffle.
