Not that I can add much, but I just wanted to say: As someone who has just begun to be a part of the fandom, I sure hope that it continues to flourish down the line. I imagine that more and more people will become aware and curious of what the fandom's all about as it grows (and hopefully not misinformed), and through that, we'd be getting a constant influx of new peeps that contribute to the fandom, share their story, etc (or haters, but such is life, unfortunately).

Perhaps it might grow so much to the point where the numbers become stagnant one day, but I think at that point there would STILL be the cycle of new peeps coming in to replace anyone who leaves it.

It's pretty much the exact same thing I knew it as 5 years ago, so I can't imagine it'll be any different.

Definitely more people. I mean, there's lots of people in the fandom already. I only know two other friends that have FA accounts out of the dozens and dozens of people I have on Skype, and yet at the bottom of this site it says there are currently 18,000 people currently browsing FA. Got to be at least a few hundred thousand furries at a conservative estimate. It can only keep growing, for better or worse.

I see the fandom slowly evolving over time along with the people that comprise it. It may or may not look similar to what it is now, but at the end of the day the core principles will remain what they are now and always were.

Well that actually is a interesting question really but I personally see the furry fandom in about 5 years or so slowly growing because I do see a younger generation really getting into it often and for me about to turn 18 and only being in the community for less then 2 years it still is very new for me and I see myself still being in the fandom and if or how much it will change or not who knows but that is just my opinion and really I could keep going about this but I cant think of any more right now with this stupid cold so I hope that you have a great week!

I think it will still be here with more people, some may leave or take a break from it but I'll still be here. I also think there may be some big event, like some epic rp or something but that's just me.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see

In about 5 years I really feel as though the fandom will stay the same. Although there could be another generation to follow since Furries will have kids with each other and probably "guide" them in the furry direction.
