Commission List I have never written one before and don't even know where to start x-x I should have had one A LONG ASS TIME AGO! Just never got to it and the person I was to write it with...well we never got to it ;w; I can use some help writing one up or you have one and don't mind me using it (Of course with changes) that would be great T_T
I've never really had a problem with anyone expect for maybe two people at most which I'm glad but there seems to be a lot of people coming after artists about certain things and I want to make sure as an artist I'm covered just in case you know. Thank you in advance to those who help me.
On a side note: Why is character designing so hard when it is for yourself but when its for others it is easy?! ;w; Been wanting to design and revampe some of my characters and I'm just like how where do I start x-x

Now, as for the character redesign thing, Idk what to say about that, besides just go with whatever you think/feel is right. BUT, if you're designing a whole new character all together, I have a great form here for helping design a new char: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4859793/
Check other TOS examples. Then you can refine it for your own.
as for a TOS, just list your do's and don't's.
As long as you're clear about what your comfortable & not comfortable drawing (as well as your characters being drawn doing) you should be fine.
If you have commission prices or limits/restrictions about them, such as: "You are not allowed to post my art on E621 or any other site that isn't FA. You must give me credit when you repost on FA, and include a link back to the original. Do Not remove my signature!"
Those are the sorts of things you'd put in a Terms of Service.
- how payment is accepted - type (Paypal, bank transfer, etc.) as well as currency (USD, CAD, euro, etc.)
- stuff you will/won't draw (e.g. adult content, various fetishes, machinery, complex armor, etc.)
- rules for re-uploading your art to other sites
- editing (e.g. if the person buys a lineart from you, can they color it themselves/pay someone else to do it)
- how many changes you will make while at the sketch stage/how many WIPs you will provide
- rules about giving full or partial refunds, and at what stages of the commission
