♦Artist and Customers Right Policy♦
I reserve the right to refuse any commission, and am not obliged to provide a reason for refusal.
Harassment of any kind will NOT be tolerated. I will cancel commission and refund you, minus a fee for any work already put in. You will then be placed into a black list.
I reserve the right to post any of my works. If you would like for your name to be with-held, contact me ahead of time.
You may only post my works if it was made for you, or includes your character. Credit back is necessary.
You are to never remove signature, or watermark.
WIP (work in progress) shots are not posted unless requested.
I am not obliged to show you a sketch for something unless it is a big picture.
You have permission to alter/crop/edit/etc your commission for websites, banners, signatures, icons ,and so on, only if there is proper credit. I can withdraw this permission at any given time, for any reason.
You have permission to make prints/copies, but only for personal use, and non profit. You will be placed in blacklist if you are seen making profit.
Communication is key. Please do not discontinue contact after payment is requested. If you were only looking for a quote, please state so in the commission form.

♦Customer's Responsibility♦
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service. Whether you digitally signed or not. It's your responsibility to have read them!
Be descriptive and clear! I can miss out details from a ref sheet, so please, if you want something, explain!
Only for large commissions shall I send an approval sketch. It's your respnsibility to thoroughly examine it. Changes may only be made during this step! So examine it carefully.
If when the final piece is not to your liking, don't be harsh. Please, be mature and privately message me to voice your concerns.
If I have missed something on the finished piece you have only 5 days to message me so that i may fix it. After tha no changes can be made. Only small details apply, I will NOT change the entire picture.
Lastly, write a review! I would like to know your voiced opinion! I strive for improvement!

♦Payment♦
Payment is due up-front before any work has begun, unless stated otherwise.
Payment plans are possible for bulk orders, please inquire for a payment plan when ordering.
I only accept Paypal as a form of payment. No e-checks please.
Payment must be made within 5 days of recieving an Invoice. If no payment has been made, your commission will be considered canceled.

♦Deadlines and Refunds♦
Every refund is judged by how much time and work were put into a piece.
If you require a piece by a certain date i ask for at least two weeks notice. Be sure to explain your deadline and that I have accepted it.
If it is a very complicated piece or more than one, you are subject to a small fee.
If deadline is not met you will be refunded a credited amount discussed by you and I.
If no work is put into your commission you can be refunded in full.
If there is cancellation on either side, you will be refunded minus a fee of work put in.
