Alright guys! Here it is! What do you guys think?! Should I add stuff? Change stuff?
Wager's Terms of Service
Things I Will Draw:
Pretty much anything, just ask if you aren't sure.
I may do feral but not very good at it so most anthro or human characters.
Thinks I Will NOT Draw:
Scat, Watersports, Hyper Parts (Unless talked to before)
Other stuff just need to ask
Maybes:
I do draw Porn but I will not do it all the time.
However I will do nudity and tasteful stuff.
Fetish wise there are so many just ask.
Etc.
Prefer visual references and will rarely take text commissions
I will take text commissions for adoptables
DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK ME!
Prices:
Are not set in stone.
Price is subject to change according to complexity
Prices are set at a base price and will be valued around Pay What You Want. Unless stated otherwise.

Paypal Only (For now)

Payment must be first paid before I start on your piece.
Payment plans for pieces over $40
Please have payment ready, if you don't I will move down the list until it has been paid. Unless agreed to payments then I will take the first half first and start and will continue to work piece by piece until paid off.
Communication:
Will be through notes or emails.

I will not take commissions or refs through messengers unless stated other wise.
Wip Phases:
I will send out Wips during multiple phase of the commission unless streamed.
I will send a sketch,line,flat color.
Sketch and Flats are the times to tell me for changes.
Sketch: Different pose
Flat: Different color
Changes to a Commission:
I will do 5 minor changes. (Colors,Position of part of the character,items)
I will do 2 major changes. Anything that has me changing lineart completely.
Any other changes will be $2 extra.
If it is my own mistake, then I will make the changes needed.
Adoptable Resales:
You are allowed to re-sale them.
Don't re-sell for more than you paid.
You are allowed to give away adoptables.
If you got a free adoptable from me please don't sell it just give it away or give it back.
Refunds and Canceling:
I have the right to decline and cancel any commission at any given time.
If I cancel a full refund will be given.
If a refund is requested and work has been done, the amount that will be refunded will depend on work done
If a refund is requested after the work is completed, one will not be given.
Edits:
If you get a sketch or lineart from me you are allowed to color it yourself.
If you want someone else to color it please ask first and let me know.
Don't make major edits to images I've made. (Going over lines to change a pose,Re-colors,etc)
No removing watermakrs and signature!
Copyright and Re-Posting:
I still own the images that I produce.
If you receive artwork from me you may re-post as long as credit is given.
You are allowed to print the image for personal use that is non-profit.
You are not allowed to make money off the images I make.
You are not allowed to claim that you made the image.
