So you may or may not have noticed, but "Vulpine" is a little generic for a name. It's totally fine for me IRL as a nickname, but as far as my fursona is concerned, it's redundant. It essentially says she's a fox-like fox.
In light of that, I have chosen a name. It's one I've juggled around for a long time but never really could stick it to anyone. Which is odd, considering I really, really like it. I've used it occasionally in my stock of go-to metacharacters and names for MMOs or other create-a-character games. The conventions associated with the name are black hair and blue eyes, so it really just all fits together perfectly, doesn't it?
Anyways, my fursona, Vulpine, shall now be known as Cerine "Vulpine" Hero. I actually didn't know it was a legit name when I made it up, but it's derivative of the Latin for "divine." I'll be maintaining Vulpine as a nickname so old stories and art aren't invalidated, and it can also be used to describe the player. Using Hero as a surname might feel a little hokey for a while, but I think it'll gel soon enough. "Cerine Hero." Sounds pretty good.
Anyways. *puts her hat back on*
Hey, there. I'm Cerine.
*big buff vixen hug*

Good, fierce name!
I noted that myself a while back. It's all very convenient.
