Drink plenty of lemon water, the citric acid in the lemon juice can possibly break up the stone or at least make it soft enough to pass.

I have never had Kidney stones, but all of the men in my family have so its bound to happen.

Kidney Stones are pretty much harmless, just hurt like a BITCH. After a while they kinda soften up a little and you pee them out, which for a man, is something like giving birth apparently.

They happen to almost all men at least once in their life. Don't worry too much about it, its a fuckton of pain but it's basically a harmless torture device of a medical condition.


So youre in a ton of pain, but you'll be fine x3
