I have AMAZING news!

Inquire for custom orders!
A few weeks ago I was invited to be the 2014 Condition Furry Guest of Honor! I can't express just how excited and grateful I am for this opportunity; it'll be my first time there and being a GoH and I'm sure it's going to be the best con ever :3
So, what does this mean?
Well, for starters I'm going to be hosting a panel or few related to fursuits. I'm still hashing over the details but I'm thinking of doing a "how to choose one" panel which covers what sort of things to look for, what kind of questions to ask your maker, what to expect, etc. Perhaps something else about what to do with it once you have it-- like maintenance, performance, that kind of thing? Input pls.
As it stands, I do not plan on having a table/dealing. Since my artwork is wearable, simply flag me down when you see me if you'd like to talk shop! I like to think I'm pretty approachable and since I don't do the "secret suit" thing I should be reasonable recognizable :D
Despite the extra prep with panels and getting all my ducks in a line before we're off, it'll be business as usual for NLCC and I still plan on opening really soon for new stuff. People have been asking about quotes, worried they miss the chance but nahhh I'll be sure to give you a good enough head's up.
I'm really looking forward to this new experience, it'll give me a ton of exposure that is super appreciated and I can't wait to hang out with you cool people next year <3

that's aswome ull enjoy the experience!!
congratz you def deserve it for all the work and stuff you do
youre one aswome person!!
have fun with Dixie next year as GOH's
see you next year!!!!
ull love the con trust me
downside, I told my mom and all my Ontario relatives are now asking if they can go. IDK man, I kinda want to just be a weird dogperson and not have stories told about it at every family gathering from here on out XD
I know what you mean on so many levels.
Ever since I fursuited at my church, and at my local ham radio club events, and at a birthday party for one of my relatives,
some of my long-time friends have changed my name and started calling me "doggy" or Tycho, even when I'm not in character.
At first I was a bit troubled by it, but then realized that it wasnt harmful or disrespectful. I asked for it I suppose,
so I'm just going to embrace my caniminity and roll with it. XD
I can't really think of anyone whom, in your field, deserves it more than you. :)
*hugs*
About con panels, if you ever choose to make a panel on how to build a fursuit, perhaps you should limit it to a piece of a fursuit (like the head) as it's impossible to cover up everything about fursuit making in just an hour. Attendees would have a better idea what to expect out of the panel as well.
Also, perhaps you should make something extra to see which suits were made by you. Like, for example, many DHC fursuiters wear a bandana with the fursuit maker logo. It makes it easier to spot whose suit is made by the maker.
Tossing up ideas~ =O
I originally never planned to attend Condition but after a great con this year, I definitely can't wait to see you next year!
AND YOU MUST DO THE DANCE COMPETITION THERE. DO EET. WE NEED MORE FLUFFY THINGS THERE :D
Oh and as to your question about the fursuit panels you wanna host, I'd say just do general fursuit maintenance, fursuit making 101, and your suggested "how to choose a fursuit".
But for real, at Condition's dance comp there wasn't any critique and honestly I think it definitely felt better that way. Everyone there entered just for the hell of it and to have some fun dancing, including myself (and I'm usually super hardcore on my dance performances) and in the end, everyone was a winner!
At Furnal Equinox's dance competition there was critique but it was only a gentle kind of thing, not Simon Pegg
And PLEASE. Fat chick that can't dance?
I would enter a cute contest though, where everyone cutes their hardest at the audience and only one survives lol
Furries in Tiara's it is for you then! Our very own beauty pagent :3
I totally understand, hope you don't feel like I'm pressuring you to do it! Maybe you should shove Neph in it to take your place...hurry and teach him robot stuff! :P
If I'm there I'll let you know! I totally want to be a show off ^..^ I'll try to bring wings!
I'll try to make it, we'll see how finances pan out on my end before saying for sure.
We'll have to hang out and fursuit a bunch 8D
and yush, hang-out tiemz pl0x
I think frost is planning to make and be an audrey II
You definitely deserve it
I'll ride my alligator there with a rocket jet pack attached
you totally deserve it<3
Grats BB <3
(unrelated, but I am 99% sure that the post ate the fur sample.. wtf man)
