The Sonic Social Fund!

Having attended Summer of Sonic via livestream and Sonic Boom 2012 and 2013, I realise just how much I love these sorts of things. So, after some lengthy debate, I decided I wanted to do more than just attend.
I shan't try and sugarcoat this. While I'm not Warren Buffet, I am far from being poor. There are so many fans who can't organise events due to money issues, or even attend them because even a ticket in their own city doesn't fit into the budget. So, with 500 dollars of my own money...
I've started the Sonic Social Fund. SSF is different from most donation drives in that, instead of donating the money directly, it is put into stocks, bonds, etc. and the profits go towards these events to help them build themselves up.
To start off I will begin by raising money for Sonic Boom West, which is in a month on September 14th in Orange, California. Right now I will try and acquire prizes for the trivia contest I shall be hosting there.
Donations are nonetheless taken if one desires to send anything; please send them to Ogilviemaurice[at]yahoo.com via Paypal. Thank you if you decide to help out! Just specify in your Paypal message that you wish to donate to the Sonic Social Fund. :)
