Alright everyone!
Here are my TERMS OF SERVICE rules.
Please read them carefully as rules may or may not have changed:
GIZZYMOMO'S TERMS OF SERVICE
☆☆☆ I reserve the right to decline all requests.
☆ If you are not sure what I'm okay to draw, just note me. I don't bite ; w;
☆ I DO NOT DRAW ANYTHING WITH DRUGS!!
☆ THERE IS A 4 CHARACTER LIMIT.
- If you wish to have more, discuss this with me please; we may be able to split your commission into <b>2</b> pictures for a discount price.
☆ I do not draw loli.
☆ I do not draw vore.
☆ I do not draw gore in ecchi/hentai pictures.
☆ I do not draw inflation.
☆I prefer NOT to draw Kingdom Hearts related outfits. They're a little complicated for my level right now, and they don't fit my style of drawing.
☆As far as anthro goes, I prefer nothing too-animal like. Again, my skills are not at that level yet. I like Furry & Kemonomimi style.
☆☆☆ You may use your new piece freely; For Example: Displays on your web page (deviantart, facebook, twitter, etc.) Anything that is Non-Commercial Use.
☆☆☆ If you're going to post your piece on other sites, I would like for you to credit me along with a link back to my profile.
☆☆☆ Regular commissions are NOT to be used for:
-Book covers
-Book illustrations
-Any other publication that depicts my work for any profit.
-Prints to sell
I hold legal rights to my artwork. Commissioning me means you understand and agree to these terms.
☆☆☆ I usually prefer payment upfront; however; I understand some people aren't the most financially set. Here are some options:
-You may pay half upfront.
-If you have made a half-payment and cannot make the other half with the same payment type, please note me and we will discuss your situation for my approval to pay the remainder with the other payment type.
-Payments may be a Case-to-Case scenario.
☆☆☆ If I happen to stream your commission, I will note you.
IF YOU ARE WATCHING THE STREAM AND SEE SOMETHING YOU WISH TO CHANGE:
-I have the right to refuse any changes.
-As long as the details are minor, I do not mind making changes.
-If I have completed the line art, I will not change poses.
-If I am in process of coloring and you don't like a color of something, you are allowed ONE color change! If you don't like the color change, I will change it back, but THAT'S IT.
☆☆☆ Commissions are non-refundable (unless if I have discussed with you otherwise.)
☆☆☆ Commission completion time VARIES!!! I have an infant that requires much of my attention with another baby on the way, and I am about to start college. Please have patience!
-If you have a deadline, please notify me at the time you are making your commission request. You must let me know your deadline 24 hours after I have accepted the commission. If you do not and request a deadline, there will be a $5 fee!
☆☆☆ ALL Hentai commissions will be submitted to my Hentai-Foundry page.
-After your piece has been completed, I will email you the uncensored version.
☆☆☆ Upon completion of your commission, I will email it to you and then upload it to my gallery.
