commissions needed

I've never felt so miserable in my whole life to ask for something.
But I have to ask for.
I'm dealing with a collection agency since two weeks now. For something that happend (they say) in 2010. (Saddest thing is it would prescribe by the end of this year.)
We wrote them and they only replied back with the same amount for me to pay.
My mate is willing to help me to pay it. I feel really horrible, since she planed to buy a new laptop for herself with this money. It makes me sick to the stomach.
They want me to pay them 1000€. My earning monthly is 1.091€. No way I could pay that.
To get this money together I would need to do 50 commissions, if I could get people to pay me 20€ for a picture with their OC. But I only charge 15€ for a full body, shaded image without proper background, what would force me to make 67 commissions.
I can't do that until 03.09.2013. (And we try to see a lawyer, but that costs money too.)
And I can't take comic page/TF commissions for this. They need to much time to be done. And I have to work in late shift now for 7 days straight too.
I don't want to ask for tips.
I really, really don't know what to do.
(That was also the reason why I tried to sell the adoptable.)

That meant, I will start to take as much commissions for this, as I can.
Can be OC in full view, shaded or not. Can be a new designed OC or a redesign.
I don't care if you pay the regular price or if you pay the 20€ I would need for a single pieces.
Just please, help. If you can't afford a commission (because most of you are as broke as I am and I know that, no need to say sorry for that) it would be awesome if you could spread the word.

Defiantly raise your prices to cope with this D:
I would get ride of a lot of things but this... I can't do that.
Sad is, that people mostly think I am not worth the money... so if I would raise my prices, no one would buy anything.
It is even hard like it is.
And sorry, for not working on your comicpages right now...

It is just, that we tried and read a lot about it.
And if we talk to them it could cause, that the debt probably not expires at the end of the year, if we have really, really much luck.
