So if I was to sell some "YOUR CHAR HERE" auctions... How?
How would I go about doing such a thing?
Would it be best to create an account on furbid, or just do it all "unofficial like" with bidding wars in the comments of the picture?
And furthermore... What sort of incentives should I offer?
I'm thinking...
If the final bid is less than $40, it will be a sketch.
If $60, ink.
If $90+, color.
If $150+, masterpiece.
How does that sound, for a "YOUR CHARACTER HERE" auction?
HERE IS A SAMPLE OF THE "FOR SALE" picture: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11436032/
And just fyi, these aren't "Doodles for Donations" here. These are ultra-refined sketches done with my super secret techniques.

Not sure how many people would see something on FA then go to another site to bid on it.
Personally I'm not a fan of the tiers thing. It's like buying a movie from eBay but because the bid only went to $5 you get the first hour and not the rest.
To me it's part of the risk you take in holding an auction, though obviously I understand you don't want a to end up doing $150 worth of work for something that only gets $20 worth of bids.
Furbid is safer since it's a tie in, but if your audience are lazy farts like me who don't want to sign up and put their info on another site, you might get less bids. XD
Either way, I wish you luck!
