Terms and Services/Commissioners Agreement

I am currently Closed for Commissions Upon receiving your commission request, I will assume that you have read the rules and agree to them. If you did not and later realize you do not agree with something here, that will be your own fault as it is your responsibility to read through before agreement.
General Rules :
-I get tired of answering Notes or e-mails asking when I’ll be opening again for commissions. So basically please wait until I make an announcement regarding when commissions will or are open.
-I don’t do (fetishes or )NSFW images. Exceptions are: Some gore or violent images.
-I won’t draw anything that makes me feel too uncomfortable. So I will put this down so everyone can understand this. If you want an image that depicts something that I deem uncomfortable to me. I will negotiate a different pose/image or decline your commission.
-Understand the following: Commissions can take between 1 week to 1 month. Sometimes more, though if it’s more then there usually is reason and I’ll contact you before that point. (Or try to)
-If you want a commission done by a deadline then you must give me at least a month’s notice. (basically I HAVE to know a month in advance just incase something were to happen if you want it to be done by or before the deadline.)
-I often will do sketch wip previews during a commission. But I do not have to, I do it for images I am a little more unsure on. Not on all images.
-Reposting of a commissioned image IS allowed. However you must link back to me and give me credit for the art.
-There are some things I won't draw, check that here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5454902/
-I reserve the right to decline a commission (although that isn’t a common thing at all. So you shouldn’t have to worry.)
Payment :
-Full payments will be taken upfront.
-Payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving my paypal or your slot may be dropped.
-I will not start working on your picture until I receive the payment.
-All payments will be taken via Paypal.
-No e-checks and no wire transfer will be accepted. (Though money order is occasionally accepted)
-Payments will be taken in USD.
-All Payments must be marked as “Goods or Services”
-Payments must ALSO include your FA username and what the commission is of. (i.e.: flat color 2 character slot)
How to order :
-Wait for a journal with slots to appear.
-Note me and title the note: “Commission” or something relating to that.
-You must provide some form of visual reference for me to go by. I will decline your commission unless you have some form of reference, unless something else is worked out.
-Reference Sheets are one of the only exceptions to the above rule. However if you are not specific enough with the character and it’s design I cannot guarantee it will be like you imagine it! I am not a mind reader.
-Be as specific as possible about what you want (or don‘t want)! If you’re not specific then it will take a lot longer to complete.
-Pose references are very, very welcome. But if the reference provided is someone else's drawing, I will not replicate it. I will draw a somewhat similar image, but it will not be “replicated” exactly.
*I won’t make revisions to an image unless it is a mistake on my part. If it is something you’ve forgotten to tell me before the image was finalized then I cannot be held responsible. (small revisions such as adjusting a color can be made. But no major line edits will be done.)*
Refunds :
-If for some reason I can't do your commission, I will refund you.
-You cannot ask for a full refund if the commission has already been started. The cost of what has currently been done will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
*Added Note*
Although you can re-post commissioned images into you’re gallery. You are not permitted to use my artwork for commercial use such as: t-shirts, badges, buttons, etc. However if it is for personal use, such as a single printing of a commissioned image for yourself (or a friend it was commissioned for) IS allowed.
With all of this being said, IF these rules are broken or ignored this could lead to a temp. blacklisting from commissioning me and if further offenses occur it will result in permanent blacklisting.
