Dad Update 6

At this point, there hasn't been much to update on. So, this update is actually three small, short updates over five days.
4 days ago: Mom and I went to see him at the nursing home/rehab center. He was there for a couple days, and he was depressed. Down right down in the dumps. He said he knew why he was there, and that he had to be there due to the medications he needs, but he kept saying that only coming home would make him happy. We were there for less than an hour before dinnertime, so when dinner came we spoke to a nurse on the floor he's on. She told us that he's 'the new guy' and needs time to acclimate.
2 days ago: I went to visit him by myself. He was in a much better mood this time. He and I talked for a while, mostly though he's been recalling memories that don't make sense, a result of the Alzheimer's The nurses said he was moving around the place and making jokes (normal behavior for him)
Today: Mom and I saw him today. Fortunately this time there was no change in his mood and such. While he wasn't any happier, he certainly wasn't down-in-the-dumps depressed whatsoever.
