2DS is stupid and pointless to buy

My thoughts exactly.

Don't waste your money on it, its no different from the 3DS

Wasn't going to buy it anyway. I would pick the PS Vita over the 2DS.

If you want a 2DS, buy a DSI! or just turn off the 3d on the 3ds!

Yeah... The 2DS is like making the original DS all over again, cause that was 2D

I might buy it. Mainly because it won't cost as much, and I can play all the games on the 3ds without the stupid gimmick. I wish it kept the clamshell design instead of the exposed on. I mean sure they used to have those before the Nintendo SD, but that's when you could drop your game down a flight of stairs and it would work perfectly. Besides, it gets rid of something that is not necessary to play the games. Sure you can turn 3d off, but that doesn't change how expensive it is if you will barely ever use it. If you already have a 3ds, than it's pointless, but if you don't, then you would probably want this more. 3D may be cool at first, but it would get old fast, seeing as you have to keep it at a certain angle, and it would likely hurt your eyes if you played too long

In my opinion, why not just turn off the 3D feature on the 3DS?
Because there are alot of people who are clumsy or just are kids that break the henges from moving it too roughly. And there is no replacement from guarantee.
