Hmm, Gator or Roo, it's a tossup though
they're both thick and intended for stability, have s full and muscled look to em and characters with prehensile versions are capable of all kinds of fun things

In a general sense, avian tails are what I'd consider the best. Very, very specialized, but as a fan of all things that fly, it's also an amazingly handy evolutionary advantage, especially after you start looking at the sub-specialities that certain breeds develop to make them more agile or swifter in the air.

If we're going to require me to get downright specific, though? A scorpion's tail. It's another example of that highly specialized design that is a defense and hunting mechanism all in one. It also inspired the Emperor luxury desk, which is also awesome.
