Hmmm well I try to do ONE picture a day, and often two pictures so I have a picture to post on a busy day.

What BlueEyedWolf said, try making a picture per day, don't rush yourself because that's not what the commissioner wants :3, I'm sure once you get used to commissions you'll be able to do more and get on the ball more.

I would do commissions but nobody reads my journals and I doubt anyone would want one xD

Take your time. If you rush things they will come out poorly. I'm sure you want to give the people something nice.

Don't rush and just do what you can at the moment.
You can finish a lot faster and feel less pressured if you worked on art by bits if you feel like you can't think of what else to do.

Meh, some people can just DO stuff like that. Don't beat yourself up over it.

The pressure is the motivation; the challenge of doing something that will please the client in a timely fashion.

Confidence in your skill and comfort in your methods. If you keep second-guessing yourself, you'll end up making more mistakes than you solve. It helps to remember that a commission is someone giving their confidence to you that you will create an image that they'll like. They believe you can deliver.

You should not feel this way. Anytime you get something done is the right time it takes to get it done. Its not a race. Its not to see how many you can get done in a day...week..month...or even how many you can do in one year.Its all about the joy of doing it. The fun of making someone else happy with your skills. You take as long as you need to and that is how long it takes to get it done. Remember there is no race, no time running out on the clock, no ones life hanging in the balance. No one will lose any money over it, no one will die if you don't get it done by this time or that.Take your time and by all means keep on enjoying the drawings you are creating.

This is why I stopped with requests & commissions in general (except for Fake Pokemon commissions). There is just SO MUCH of what I want to draw, & not enough time to draw whatever else everyone wants me to draw for them. I'm too busy with my stuff to focus on everyone elses stuff.

It's all about what YOU want to draw, not what everyone else wants you to draw for them. If they want you to draw something for them so bad, then they pay you for it.
