Note that you do NOT have to be attending RF to order one; however, RF attendees will get priority completion, and I will laminate them and include a badge clip for free!

How To Order:
1. First, read my Commission ToS here
2. Please fill out this order form and click submit. You may comment on this journal afterward to confirm you've sent it if you like, but this is now optional!
3. I will respond ASAP to let you know if I accept, and if there's any additional info I'll need from you.
4. Send payment; wait; pickup badge at RF, or receive it in the mail after RF!
