Terms of Service | Price List | Commission ListBy commissioning me you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. I respectively decline to draw the following fetishes:
- Rape or implied rape
- diaper
- watersport
- Vore
- Scat
- Cubs
- Inflation
- and possibly some to be added as they become known to me.
2. I will draw anything else from rating general to adult. If you have any doubts or concerns about what is okay and what is not, please ask me. I don't bite I swear. ^.^
3. I reserve the right to refuse or decline any commissions.
4. Your commission slot will be guaranteed once payment has been made. I am very understanding as to financial situations and you can talk to me in the event that something comes up. Please do not demand a refund after the picture is completed. I work very hard to ensure that each piece of art is made with as much personal detail as I possibly can for each individual commission.
5. I only accept paypal payments for commissions as it is easier for me. And I may not start the art until payment has been made.
6. I am a huge fan of WIPS, simply because I love showing each person how their commission is progressing and so that changes can be made if necessary. It helps me as a still learning artist and I enjoy it. However I do WIPs both through my gmail account [ Tgadpunk[at]gmail.com ] and through notes now that I know how to send pictures through it.
7. If you give me "artist creativity" with your commission, please do not suddenly make me change everything with your character(s) at the last minute. If this happens I will be forced to charge extra.
8. Please understand that I have just gotten a new job and they change my hours on me at random. I will try my best to get your art to you in a timely matter and if I am not able to then I will do everything I can to let you know that there may be a slight delay. Please know that this may not always be possible for me to do.
9. I will accept multiple emails if necessary to properly gain all information needed for your character. I will also ask a multitude of questions in order to make sure that no detail is missed (sometimes people get to know their characters so well that they tend to look over little details. Trust me I do it all the time) ^.^ Just please make sure that all emails are within the same main string of emails instead of separated. This makes things nice and tidy on my inbox and makes sorting through information much easier for me.
10. I do accept commissions if you do not have reference sheets handy. Just please have an accurate description of your character and visual references if at all possible (i.e. maybe a link to a photobucket or something with pictures related to the character you would like for me to draw) This is also why I try my best to ask as many questions as possible. Please note that there may be an additional charge of $5 for a design fee.
11. I will do my best to reply to emails or IM's whenever possible, but please do not be upset if I do not respond. It does not mean that I am ignoring you I promise! It either means that I am really focused on the commission I am doing or that something else has come up. BTW, for anyone who wishes to chat me up my skype is [ clockworkann ].
12. I am more than welcome to be friends with you, however I reserve the right to change my mind on the matter if issues arise.
13. Once a commission is complete I reserve the right to post my work on websites. You as well have the right to post your commissioned pieces to your pages, but my watermark and logo have to remain on the picture and you cannot claim the work as your own. That's just mean and it will make me cry. ;A;
14. Please state your username in the email? It makes things less confusing for me. (trust me I'm already confused about life as is. >.<)
