These are my personal terms of service that you must abide by to commission me.
Terms of Service:
• 1. You are not allowed to edit my artwork whatsoever without my permission.
• 2. Do not remove my signature, ever.
• 3. I reserve the right to refuse any commission without written reason.
• 4. I reserve the right to refuse and refund any started commission without written reason.
• 5. Reposting is allowed by the commissioner with credit to me as the artist.
• 6. You will only receive a pre-sketch only if requested at the time of the commission.
***** I. After the sketch is lined, no revisions will be made unless it is error on my part.
***** II. Two small revisions are allowed to the sketch, additional revisions will cost extra.
Payment Terms:
• I require full payment before beginning a commission.
• I accept paypal only.
• Refunds may be requested at any time, however:
***** If the lineart is complete, you will only receive a 50% refund.
***** If the sketch is complete or nearly complete, you will only receive a 65% refund.
***** Other cases will be determined as needed, by me, based on the amount of work completed.

Maybe include a list along with it somewhere of what you will and will not draw as well? Just to cover all your bases.
