It reminds me a bit of Fatal Frame.

I think "Siren" and "Amnesia: Dark Descent" are scarier, but this one looks fun . Having no weapons is scary enough, but try using telekinesis to look through the eyes of your enemies so you know how to sneak past them in "Siren" and you'll shut the game off eventually as I did. Huu...I wish I could still get scared by games and movies...

The scariest games I played was Metroid Fusion and a few Resident Evil games.
