TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

Money will be accepted via Paypal before work begins on the commission. All payments MUST be in US funds. No E Checks. I do not require customers to cover Paypal fees but it is always welcome when they do. Tips are always appreciated. ^,..,^

Payment by mail of cash or money order in US funds will be accepted only if the customer does not have a Paypal account. I prefer Paypal payment though. I will not be held responsible for payments being lost this way.

Refunds will only be given if work has not begun on the pic. No exceptions.

On Auctioned pics, payment and info must be given within 3 days. I am willing to work with you if you need extra time. Just ask. Though if the auction ends and there is no word from you, the pic will go to the second highest bidder.

ORDERING A COMMISSION

Note me all needed info. This includes refs, any details not covered in refs, if special clothes or props are needed please include refs of them. I don’t like playing “Note tag” to get one little bit of info at a time.

If I have questions, I will ask, but do not make me beg for basic info.

I will quote you a price based on the colouring level, extra details and complexity of your idea. I am willing to work within a budget within reason.

WIPs can be given if asked for on normal commissions.

Commissions such as Ref sheets, Sequences and Complex Colouring Jobs will include WIPs for the rough poses, inked lines, flat colours and shades as needed.

Full size Hi res files will be given when the commission is finished through Notes, or if I have you on my contact list, Skype.

DOS & DON’TS

I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I find the subject distasteful or offensive. I prefer to work General rated to mild Mature. Nothing adult. Please respect that.

I WILL NOT draw Blob Fat, Babyfur, Adults in Diapers, Scat, Watersports, Hard core Bondage, Bloody Vore, Death, Suicide, My characters hurt, bloody, or dying/dead or Adult pics including Sex, Genitalia, or Rape.

I will MAYBE draw within reason, nipples on males and females and covered bulges on males. Nothing too obscene. I will draw Vore as long as it doesn’t have the victim visibly dying or bloody in the process.

Chances are if it is in my Gallery then I’ll draw it unless it is labeled as a Special request. Please ask if you think your idea might be in question. I am fairly flexible but I do have limits.

EXTRA NOTES

I will make TWO minor changes on the pic for free once the pic is finished. Further changes will cost an extra $5 from there unless the mistake is completely my fault. If you didn’t tell me about it, then it isn’t my fault. Changes on given WIPs do not count towards this though. I do not mind making edits for you but please don't nitpick over tiny details.

I do not mind that you post your commissioned pic in your gallery as long as credit is given to me. I just ask that you ask first. I just like to know where my work is posted at.

Please do not edit, resell or use the art in commercial purposes to make money.

Last but not least DO NOT ask for free requests. I will hold free raffles and events from time to time to give away things but do not Note me wanting free art.
