Commission TOS (Please Read!)

First off, please note that I have the right to and may deny any commission, but will try to give you reason as to why if your commission is denied! If no reason is given, please do not pester me for it.
Note: Please click SERVICES instead of goods when sending payment. THIS is why.
ORDERING:
1. Please send me a note/PM if you're interested in ordering a commission from me, including a detailed description of what you would like as well as references (if you have them). I can draw just about everything (within reason, see what I will/won't draw below) but please be specific in your descriptions!
2. Do not send any payment until I have approved the commission and the price and have given you my okay to do so.
3. You must send payment before your commission will be begun. If there are any complications that lead me to being unable to complete your commission, I will refund your payment. Under NO other circumstances will I refund any money. All orders, once begun, are final. I will be happy to give you updates with work-in-progress shots of your commission if you so desire. If you want anything to be changed please let me know at this time, because I will not change anything else once I've begun to color. (Depending on the type of commission you've ordered.)
4. Please note that I am currently a full-time college student, so my time to work on commissions will be limited to weekends and the free time I have to work between homework/studying. I also will do my commissions in the order they're received, so please be patient if there are others before you! I will work as efficiently as I possibly can, and will make a note if circumstances prevent me from being able to work on my commissions.
What I will draw:
-Humans
-Anthros
-Ferals (Bear in mind my ferals aren't the best. I'm still working on improving in this area)
-Pretty much anything but what is listed below
What I will NOT draw:
-Fetish art (Borderline or otherwise. No fetish scenarios or character designs that read fetish. I am simply not comfortable drawing such images.)
-Porn
-Copyrighted characters (Such as Mickey Mouse)
-Hate or Discriminatory images
-Excessive gore (minimal gore is fine, but nothing like exposed entrails or anything pleeease)
I will warn you if I am not skilled in drawing what you have requested!
You are not allowed to resell any of my artwork, under any circumstances. All commissioned artwork is for personal use ONLY. If you bought a character from me that you are no longer interested in, please message me and I will gladly take it back and either give it away or resell it.
