OC Battle Tournament
The OC Battle Tournament was designed to showcase peoples' fursonas in a round robin match up style, to see who would be deemed the most widely loved characters.
Entrants will be asked to supply an email address, mail to address, and a ref sheet for their character (or a detailed description)
Entering:
In order to enter, send with your name, address, character name, and ref sheet to jdanielreilly[at]gmail.com with the subject;
A Challenger Has Arrived!
Registration ends October 12th 11:59:59 pm Eastern Standard Time. All fees are due at this time
All match ups will be selected at random.
Cost is determined by number of entrants, so promoting is in your favour, cost wise.
8 = $25 each
16 = $20 each
32 = $15 each
No money will be collected until the minimum 8 entrants have pledged their commitment to enter. All spots in this tournament are acquired on a first-come-first-served basis.
Voting:
Voting will be conducted over www.furaffinity.net on specified submissions. To vote, simply comment on the match-up submission with the character you wish to see move in to the next round. (You will need an account with furaffinity.net to place a comment) votes will be allowed until a specified deadline is met, in which the votes will be tallied and a winner will be announced the following day. Votes received after the specified deadline will NOT be tallied.

Entry level:
Everyone who participates will receive the following:
1 bookmark of their entry character
1 digital copy of each appearance made by their entry character.
** if the 32 entrant goal is achieved, an additional prize will be added. **
Champions:
3rd place prize - 1 laminated traditional badge, with choice of lanyard or retractable clip.
2nd place prize - 1 laminated badge (choice of traditional or digital) with choice of lanyard or retractable clip. + 1 full page commission with up to 2 characters.
1st place prize - 1 laminated badge (choice of traditional or digital) with choice of lanyard or retractable clip. + 1 full page commission with up to 2 characters. + exclusive 3 page full colour comic showcasing your OC's rise to glory in this tournament.*
[*in the event of a 16 character turnout, this prize will be enhanced to a 4 page colour comic]
