Art Raffle!

Hey guys, been feeling up to draw other characters so I'm going to do a raffle.
Here are the qualifications:
-You must not have received art from me before (I know who you are!)
-You must pimp this journal.
-You must post a ref, I prefer like and actual reference sheet that shows the whole body font and back, etc to make it easier.
-You must choose how you want your character done: Painted or Cell Shade.
IF YOU DO NOT POST ALL INFORMATION YOUR COMMENT WILL BE DELETED! I AM WARNING YOU NOW!
I will choose backgrounds, and I will choose what is going on in the drawing. This is clean art so don't worry about your character getting into something you'd rather not have done. I do that kind of thing.
You do not have to watch, but it would be nice :3 (your choice though).
If you do not win and you still want art, then commission me. I only charge $25-$35 for something you can get for $50+ (Just saying).

Painted is nice. But if it's too difficult, Cel shaded.
