With no adjustments to be made to the list, I took it and ran the raffle against 09-19-2013's pregenerated seed, and here are the three names that came up.

The harder you try the less you succeed, life is cruel that way sometimes. <3
However, it does make it more complex and might discourage people from even bothering. Which I guess is their problem, but it's definitely true that a simpler system would get more participation. YMMV.
