what format do you play for MTG? :O

Im working to get into Modern a bit more. I dropped from standard after about 5 or 6 yrs of more competitive play. I do have a commander deck and I like that format. Now I play more casual ^_^ Its less burden, but I would like the opportunity to get more into modern

if you'd want to do more of an investment route, you could always try some vintage. a good deck runs usually about $300 but the format doesn't change much and is much cheaper after the initial investment.

Yeah Ive thought about that! I think modern is better paced for me personally!

I've always been jealous of your Magic obsession! As a fellow dork, I truly appreciate passion, commitment, obsession, and the intense amount of research and investment to keep up with a game like Magic. That said, I can't take how expensive it is XD!

As a kid, I played YuGiOh (Might still have my terrible deck somewhere). I just collected the cards I thought were cool. That was it X3. It is a terrible deck, but still fun. Maybe we should play sometime. Is it possible to build like, pre-made decks to put us on even footing? That was the other thing that scared me away: The people that could teach me how to play were also the people that I couldn't compete next to. Just some thoughts!

Oh! Regarding art~ How difficult would it be to do a simple image, like a pattern so minimal that it can have a recognizable silhouette and be used as an icon?
