Terms of Service (subject to change)
Please note that I have the right to refuse any potential commission under any circumstances. I also reserve the right to cancel a commission if the buyer is unreasonable or offensive.
I live in a house with mice, a hamster, a rat, a cat and a rabbit, any of which may come in contact with materials. If you are allergic to any of these animals, you may want to consider another suit maker. I will not be responsible for any allergy-related issues on the part of the buyer.
If for some unfortunate reason your fursuit is lost in shipment, I am not responsible. It is your duty to pay for insurance if you feel it is necessary.
All import duties, taxes and charges of the country the costume is being sent to are payable by the customer.
*If ordering a full-suit or a 3/4 suit, a duct-tape dummy of your whole body or the relevant parts will be necessary to complete your commission. Your DTD must have at least two layers of quality duct tape or three layers of Duck brand duct tape. It is your responsibility to make and ship the DTD. It will be scrapped upon completion of the project unless you state that you want it returned to you with the shipment of your fursuit.
**Also please note that making fursuits is not my full-time job. I work a part-time job as well as go to school full-time. As such, I will try to finish your suit or parts within a timely manner and will try to give you an accurate estimation of the time required to complete your project. However, it may take longer to complete than estimated. If this happens, I will keep you updated.
If you feel like I missed anything or if you have any questions please comment below.

Prices and Payment
While I do provide general outlines for the cost of my products, I have the right to add to the price based on the difficulty of the project, time restraints such as rush orders and other such factors.
35% of the final price is required as a fee to secure your spot in the queue and to purchase the necessary materials. Once this payment is made, it is non-refundable. The rest of the final price can be worked out as a payment plan between myself and the buyer. Shipping is to be paid for by the buyer, and nothing will be shipped out until the whole payment plus shipping has been made.
Note: Some products will require payment in full before I can start, such as hand-paws and tails. The fee is based upon the final price of the item.
In the case of an offensive buyer, a partial refund may be given based on the amount of work already completed at the cancellation of the commission.
At the moment, all payments will be accepted through Paypal.
Warranty and Assurances
Once you receive the item, you will have a 3-month period during which your item is under warranty. If you can pay the shipping fee to get the necessary part(s) back to me, I will fix them for free and quote you the return shipping. If the 3 months have passed, a fee based on the work involved in fixing the problem will be charged as well. If, however, you decide to try and fix the suit yourself, I can talk you through how to fix it at any time for no charge whatsoever.
By agreeing to these terms you also recognize that making fursuits is not my full-time job. Making your suit may take longer than expected. In the case of an emergency where I am unable to complete your project within 12 months of the receipt of your reservation fee, you are entitled to either free shipping of your costume once completed or a full refund, including material fees, and the cancellation of your project.
I will try to give you an accurate estimation of the time required to complete your project. However, it may take longer to complete than estimated. If this happens, I will keep you updated.
