Need help with my water bill.

Been putting it off for a while now because we haven't really got the funds but it really does need to be paid before the agents have a spaz. Got 2 that total about $110. Looking to sell 12 x $10 sketch commissions just to get it out of the way so I don't have to stress about it any more. Don't really want my water shut off or my agent to kick me out.
If you can spare the funds can you email me meaeshana[at]gmail.com with refs and ideas. If you can spare more I'm willing to do inks and base color digitally for +$10 each ( so inks $20 and flats $30). Full body, no backgrounds unless negotiated.
Anything extra will be put into savings for my Fiancé's Visa so she can get a job and we can stop needing such commissions urgently like this. I really just miss drawing at for art's sake like I do for sketchfest weekends. But right now I'm desperately in need of the help.

Also while I'm shamelessly advertising myself and my wares in desperation I also design websites including all graphics, and can re-skin any platform you like such as WordPress or phpBB forums.
