TERMS OF SERVICE -Commissions-

WHAT I WILL OR WILL NOT DRAW
I reserve the right to reject any requests for any reason, most likely being that I am not comfortable with your subject matter. You MAY provide me a pose from another artist or website as reference, but I will NOT directly copy another person's work.
Note: If you are unsure of my limits, please just ask. I know what I cannot draw or will have difficulty doing.
YES:
- anthros/humans/quadrupedal characters (ex: dragons)
- pinups/tasteful nudes
- NSFW content (limited, done on a case by case basis)
- Candy, plush, etc. gore (limited)
Payment
Upon accepting your commission:
- Provide your Paypal email. I will send an invoice. You must pay this invoice within a week of receiving it. Payment plans are available for commissions over $50.
- Provide a ref of any relevant subjects (character, poses, backgrounds, etc.) that are up to date. If you have conflicts between your refs it is your responsibility to inform me which is correct.
- Deadlines must be provided at the time of commissioning BEFORE payment (so I can schedule!)
Note: My turn around is typically between 2-4 weeks.
- Mailing address (when applicable), shipping will be charged separately
Process
- I will create a sketch for your artwork and show it to you. It is then YOUR responsibility as the customer to ask for any corrections that may need to be done. This includes markings, body type, etc. NO edits may be made after this has been approved. (This includes poses, markings, etc. If you missed a detail for your character and didn't point it out it's on you as said before with the use of multiple refs.)
- Once the sketch is approved I will ink it. I will again show you this update.
- I will then color and deliver a final scanned product to you. I no longer offer digital touch ups/edits.
Cancellations and Refunds
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I feel I cannot uphold the deal. In this instance you will be provided a full refund.
If you need to cancel a commission you may do so but only BEFORE payment/any work has been done. This grants you a full refund. In the instance of me already starting, you will receive a partial refund. This value is the original price minus the value of the work that has been done already.
(Ex: You paid $40 for a fullbody full color, I have already done the fullbody sketch valued at $25. Your refund is $15.)
Note: If I have already completed your artwork by the time you ask for a refund, no refunds.
Use Policy
I reserve the right to post your commission to my gallery. I may use it for advertisement or example purposes. (If you don't want this, talk to me before the commission is sketched. Terms must be agreed upon before the work is started.)
You as the commissioner may also repost the artwork but I request you credit me. You may also NOT remove my signature.
PLEASE do not repost another person's commission. (Unless the person gives you permission such as the instance where your character is featured in the artwork.)
I do NOT consent to my artwork being used in generative AI in any form.
