Terms of Service
Thanks for being interested in commissioning us. We prefer to be contacted via note in order to discuss commissions, and not comments which are easily lost. Please try and contain as much information as possible when contacting us in order to speed the process up.

-The commissioner:
x. You may upload the work done for you to your gallery/site as long as it is credited and linked back to our collaboration gallery.
All this requires is a simple "Artwork by
inksplat ( : iconinksplat : ) / ( : inksplaticon : )/ inksplat ( : linkinksplat : )
x. You may cancel your commission at any time. A partial refund will be given for stages of the work that have not yet been completed. You will be refunded in full if the work is not started.
x. Do not edit, alter or trace our work without our explicit permission. This includes recolors. If we have made a mistake, please tell us and we will gladly fix it for you.
x. You cannot commission existing original characters in an explicit piece without the owner's consent. Consent can come in a generic blanket statement on the owner's profile for instance. If in doubt, ask.
x. You cannot make copies, prints or merchandise of our work for the purpose of profit by selling it.

-Adoptables:
x. We retain copyright over our work. We also retain the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
x. The character design becomes yours and you are free to use it for commercial ventures with the understanding that this means you do not use the image we provided to make profit.
x. You are free to alter or transform as you see fit. This includes swapping sex, adding limbs, changing species etc.!

-The Artists:
x. We retain all copyrights over our work. We also retain the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
x. We reserve the right to drop a commission if we feel we are unable to complete it for any reason. You will be issued a full refund in the event that we cancel your commission. We reserve the right to modify and resell any sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.

-Payment:
x. Half payment is expected upfront and half upon completion, though if you would prefer to pay it entirely upfront that is fine.
x. We reserve the right to not share finished pieces if you have not completed full payment.

-Refunds:
x. Refunds, full or partial, will not be issued once the work has been completed.

-Edits and Changes:
x. After (at least half) payment is received we sketch, ink, color and shade, depending on your commission type.
a. For larger commissions: A total of two large edits (reposing, etc.) is allowed during the sketch phase; if after these sketches you are still unhappy we may drop the commission if we feel we cannot provide what you are after. No major edits will be done to the image if the sketch has been approved; if you decide you want it changed an additional charge will be added depending on how large the edit.
b. If we feel we cannot meet your expectations in either drawing or colouring we reserve the right to not offer a redrawing, but a refund instead if necessary.
-x. We will gladly fix any color errors of your character we make in a commission. Please, let us know if we have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on "our mistake", which is detail on your reference(s)that we missed, will always be fixed for free.

x. We will NOT draw:
---Vehicles, hyper obese/muscle/genitalia, animal genetalia, scat, urine, vomit, adults in diapers, minors in adult situations, bestiality (sentinent on non-sentinent), non-con/Rape, excessive bodily fluids.
x. We WILL draw:
---Any rating from G to adult, save for content mentioned as "not draw". Please feel free to ask us if you think your idea might be a bit out there!
