Just providing an update on recent drama. The registration issue has been taken care of. Daxter has been great to work with, and I understand that often his hands are tied on certain issues. He's been a great point of contact overall, and aside from not knowing how to best deal with an Aspie at times, it's been a refreshing experience.

The issue of the theft accusation still remains, but it should be noted that this issue is largely about HG. It's caused me an untold amount of stress over the last year, and I suspect it will give me several headaches at the con. But for now, I've said what I can about that issue, and have no reason to bring it up further unless someone asks me about Pred Prey.

All things considered, Oklacon SHOULD go fairly well at this point. I should be having minimal contact with the staff, and have everything arranged in regards to Werewolf. :3 I'll have my tip jar with me, and three batches of Puppy Chow. I'm currently debating bringing my sound system (basic version) because I've become so accustomed to it. But Oklacon is the one convention I've actually had little problem with sound. The only advantage would be for me as the GM to not have to yell.

What do you guys think? The sound quality won't be the best, but I should have the room in my car to bring the small speakers and the basic PA system, as well as the wireless gear. Is that going to be overkill for this group? I'm really not sure. :O Maybe I'll bring it and then not use it after the first day if it felt unnecessary. I love having the microphones to keep focus on who is having to defend themselves and who made the accusation, though......
