I posted this several times before, but my journals never really got any attention. Maybe because everyone was flooding FA over a $100 raffle.
We could end up not getting this house, and if we don't the situation will get desperate.
Seriously.
It's the only house in the area that we can afford that is a two bedroom, and allows pets. It's incredibly difficult (And I mean every sense of the word "difficult") to find a two bedroom house in our price range that is pet friendly. But we thankfully did find one. I'm not too keen on the property management, but it's just about our only option for location, pet friendliness, and price.
Point is, and I cannot stress this enough, we -need- help with this to get the funds in time to pay for it. If we had another month, we could probably maybe wing it, but by that time, it may be impossible to find a house as it was last time we looked.
We need help with the funds as soon as possible. We can't hold the house until we get $1,020. If we lose the house, the situation might become way worse. Last time we lost the chance to get a house, we were barely able to find anything else because we're extremely limited to our housing options. I had a plan B, but that didn't follow suit, and isn't a plan anymore. I'm trying my hardest, and I'm extremely stressed out and ready to scream about all this. I cannot stress how frustrating this is to be extremely limited.
Anyway...We need another $300 to make the house in time. If we had a lot more time, I could probably wing it myself, assuming nothing else comes up. But...yeah.
I was told I could apply for the house without paying the deposit, but like many times before, they told me wrong, so now I'm having to re-plan everything.
