Everyone is eligible. I would appreciate the watch, but understand if you do not wish to. This raffle will not go on as long as the others (others as in an artist I commissioned). Probably 2-4 days
Anyone that has their number come up that does not respond to me within 48 hours of the raffle will forfeit. A second drawing will be done with the same numbers.
