Im in 1 of 2 situations.
Either A. I need to find a roommate, or B. Move out (Which means terminating the lease early which means gottta pay a fine/fee for it, which I Dont have the money, but my Ex does so he can pay for it)

My time fame is until the End of August, so Aug 31st, to find a place or find a roommate.
I would rather have to find a roommate because I have interviews at a couple places in this area.

I have a home to rent in Romania - Ploiesti. It's the ground floor of a one story villa, the upper floor belonging to a neighbour, the garden divided in half. Unfortunately it has old furniture (we might sell it soon) and is in a pretty bad condition (especially the bathroom and kitchen), meaning whoever moves in will have to rehabilitate as well.

I'm currently defaulting to a rent of 500 EUR per month, which is a bit lower than the average price for a building of this size given its condition. The first few months (eg: during renovations) can be at a lesser price. The initial contract can be anywhere between 1 and 4 years, which can be renewed afterwards depending on circumstances.

I need to rent it urgently due to lack of money! I doubt anyone reading this plans coming to Romania to begin with, but I thought to still post this. If you can't rent, please at least spread the word to anyone who you think might be interested! Thank you.

The pictures ought to show that the work needed is mainly some general maintenance which will be possible to negotiate with the landlord (Mircea) once rent is established, or to do yourself/ves if you buy, and some redecoration if you want it to have a different look and feel. Some of the furniture can be left in place if you need, though not all.

Also, to be clear, this place has been available and waiting for a tenant for quite a while, so you CAN arrange to move in pretty much immediately, so long as you understand the water and electricity will need reconnecting due to how long it's been empty.

My roomate  merr and I are looking for a roomate by June in Portage WI. It's a three bedroom, one bath, $875 per month(split between us, that's $291.67), plus $25 per pet monthly(tank pets don't count). We each have one cat, and we both work at a processing plant that you can get a job at with almost 100% certainty, paying $14 per hour and having most weekends off. We are willing to help move people in driving distance, though we both have smaller cars!

Our lease goes until December, but if everything works out okay we're more than happy to renew the lease at the end of it!

My 'son' and I seek to add to our family. We offer only a permanent home, only for male adults, and only for those who identify as canine.

We live self-sufficiently outside of society and provide for and support ourselves. Our lives are lived entirely outside of the norms of society. We receive funding and thus no one in our family needs to work outside of the family for money, though we do crafts and, other things to earn what we need to exchange for resources tied up by society and thus unavailable to us.

We are willing to take in strays who seek direction and who either wish to be permanent members of our family either as pets or contributing members as well a those who wish to learn to be self-sufficient themselves - to whom we would provide a home of their own eventually.

Our life is nomadic as true humans should be, thus we travel as a way of life. We are presently based in Mexico so joining us requires a passport. We also expect you to leave everyone and everything behind in order to commit fully to our family which will become your family as well.

We will not provide temporary housing to anyone. If you join us, it is forever. Even those whom we help make their own home will still be with us, as we are also creating a community of true furries who plan to survive past the time of man's failed experiment called civilization.

We have ambitious goals we will accomplish, and the more furries who join us, the more likely we can realize some of our more ambitious goals, such as a world-wide community of furry families like our own.

The only single requirement we have of anyone who might be interested, is that they reject the notion of society as being a natural part of the human experience.
