ok. so here's how this works. 15 people get a free icon there are fifteen slots. one person per slot. one slot per person. not animated not doubled. if you and a person ask for them connected you and that person get separate slots and they'll be connected. if you want an icon you have to make a journal linking and telling about this one.

icon example: http://fc01.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2.....13-d6rxbpn.png they'll be 100 X 100.
