Please read my ToS before commissioning me! By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
.Art Rights.
► All art bought from me is meant for personal use, not commercial unless I have been contacted and I've told you otherwise.
► I retain rights to the piece and will post/use as advertisement for my art unless I have been told not to under any circumstance.
► I will never reproduce commissions with personal characters that are not my own.
► You may post my work to your own sites or profiles, only if you have paid for it. Please credit and link back if possible.
.Commissioning me.
► My commissions and availability are listed on my profile and journals.
► I am allowed to deny any work that I am not comfortable with or do not have the ability to do at that time.
► I am also allowed to cancel/refund any commissions at any moment.
► Contact me through notes or my business email, moddymode[at]gmail.com
.Payment/refunds.
► All payment must be done through paypal.
► USD only.
► Prices are subject to change unless stated otherwise
► Payment must be received within 24 hours unless stated otherwise. (Work will not start until after payment)
► Payment plans available on anything $200+
► If anything comes up a refund will be given, if work has been done, partial refunds will be given depending on how far along the picture was. You will be given what was finished.
► I may cancel commissions at any given time, if it happens on my terms, full refunds will be given.
.Content.
► I will draw fanart, original characters, adult art and anything else I offer at the time.
► I will not draw anything racist, homophobic, transphobic, or essentially hateful. I will decide what I am and am not comfortable with.
► Adult work must contain characters that are all 18+ I will not draw underaged characters under any circumstances.
► If I am commissioned to draw adult work, by commissioning me, you are agreeing you are 18 years of age. If I find out you have lied about this you will be blacklisted and will not be allowed to commission me in the future, refunds will be issued but art(if having been started) will not be finished and scrapped. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Scat, diapers, extreme inflation (minor stuff like slight cum inflation is ok)
→ • Will draw:
guys, gals, anything in between, most kinks(ask if unsure)
some muscle but not too much

Curvy girls, Femboys
.WIPs and revisions.
► I will provide WIPS on every commission or YCH, unless stated otherwise(like grabbags, etc.)
► Revisions can be made, I cannot change anything major after the coloring process so all major revisions must be made during the sketching and lining stages.
► That being said, if you're sure my work isn't 100% at the quality that you paid for I will redo the whole thing only if I feel like you have very valid points and aren't out of line. I do want my customers satisfied so if you feel like your piece is lacking please don't think twice before ripping into me. I know an honest and real concern when I see one.
