Thats right! I'm going to hold a raffle, and YOU get the chance at a free commission! I will be fitting the bill for this raffle.
And I have a wonderful artist in mind! It will include two fully detailed characters, with a detailed background. Thats the
surprise though, you won't find out who the artist is until YOU win! You will be chosen by a Random Number Generator,
and that person will be the WINNER!
But this is how the raffle is going to work:

He is a top/dominant creature of habit. However, there might be a possibility that could change. He will also be reviewing
all descriptions and characters as well. PLEASE bare in mind, there will be a minimum of 20 entrants for this raffle to take place.
