NEW FA SPAM RULES - A Friendly Petition =)

Sooo I dunno if this will work seeing as I dont have that many watchers, but the new rules that went into affect are OBVIOUSLY too vague and too broad and too confusing to many to do justice to what they're trying to do.
Now, WE ALL HATE SPAM!!!
-well not me, i think it tastes great!-
But really, we all deal with it in our lives, our emails, or phones. The difference is that those medias give us the OPTION to filter out what we feel is spam. Because not everyone hates spam -just main landers *hawaii joke*-
And this is not even delving into the 50 shades of grey that include, but are not limited to,
"WIPs, requests for promotion, entry dependent raffles"
Which will cause spam regardless of the rule that has gone into affect.
So let's try to get the admins to notice that this solution doesn't work for everyone and present them with better solutions that will keep everyone happy~!
For example some furs have posted FA filters like http://fafilter.me/ or some have suggested creating "groups/folders" specifically for raffles.
If you have an idea for a better solution, filter, or just feeling like you too are affected negatively by this new rule, please post your comments here and pass on the information/this journal to your friend~!
(notice I didnt say you have to post a journal, but this very well could be your method ;D )

And I totally agree with you, hopefully the problem will be solved soon
My concern is that I've heard the FA Admins are notorious for not doing anything/implementing/updating the website.
And as a growing community its getting to the point where people are unhappy because one rule cannot just be thrown in without careful deliberation and talk amongst the community to how it affects everyone.
Basically it'll come down to them having to do something and from what I've heard I'm not so sure they'll do anything.
1- edited version of a YCH ad up at all times as well as the original image.
2- Raffles with guidelines in the AUP.
I feel this is totally unfair to those of us who use the site and also feel that if they keep this up they will lose more and more users till they have no one spending money on ad space.

:) plus theres always some form of hope~!
Keep sharing the knowledge that this journal exists~!
It also doesn't help that FA admins cant make solid rules. They make vague rules that you have to sit there and wonder if you could actually do this.
