Fursuit meet - Music for Life!

Hey everyone,
On sunday the 22nd of December we go out fursuiting for charity, as announced in our previous journal (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5205593/)
We are going to do this event in Antwerp, at the christmas-fair.
We'll meet at 13:00h at the entrance of het steen (steenplein 1, 2000 Antwerpen)
The suiters will then be able to suit up.
After that, we walk around at the fair and the old, touristical city center. To collect money for charity the suiters can, if desired, walk around with a collecting box or ask money for a picture and/or a hug. Other ideas for collecting money are always more than welcome.
Around 18:00h we're going to have dinner to end the day.
There are 10 spots available for dinner, so make sure to claim your spot in time.
We expect a lot of people at the fair, so we try to have one spotter per suiter. Let us know if you want to volunteer for that, we will be very grateful.

I'll be there, mostly depending on my exams but I'm sure it'll turn out well so you can count me in.
what i can do is wearing paws . a tail . a collar. and etc.
i can take pictures aswell from the suiters and the furs .
and i can make a 'sign' or some art for the boxes for the money
Only the minority of the attending furries does have a fursuit, so it's no problem if you don't have yours by then. Wearing paws, a tail, etc... is fine, but not necessary.
You can take pictures, but please ask permission first. Not everyone likes to have their picture taken.

You can make artwork for advertising for the furmeet on your page, though.

only one question. its gonna be cold so nobody gona see the t-shirt
Payment is to be done at the furmeet on the 22nd of December, so you still have some time for that.
And it's going to be very cold indeed. We know that many of the T-shirts will not be seen for that reason (except for some fursuiters who wear the T-shirt on top of their fursuit) but the main reason for this is to support charity and to have a nice "souvenir" afterwards.
