FA+

actually...
1- I'll answer with something random about you.
You're the guy I just met this past weekend!
2- I'll dare you to try something
I dare you to at least double the current total number of submissions in your gallery. There's two. Make it four.
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
Kind of a blueish orange...
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
You're easy to hang out with.
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
You have neat glasses, and a pretty nice DSLR.
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
Wolf
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
Cannon or Nikon?
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
DO EET NAOUGGGHW!
I had a Cannon Rebel XTI, at the time I bought it, Canon had the better sensor, but I'm unsure of how things may have changed by now.
1- I'll answer with something random about you.
Surprise! You're a pokemorph!
2- I'll dare you to try something
Your profile says you're a writer (under type of artist), and your gallery is full of nifty arts, so I dare you to post some of your writing!
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
I'll go with Canary Yellow
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
Your apparent ability to deflect bolts of energy.
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
I'd like to say I remember when you watched me, but my memory isn't that good, so remember that time you replied to my journal? That was a lot of fun.
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
Actually, a gecko. That's what Mews always remind me of.
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
Which of my stories is your favorite?
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
I mean, c'mon. Fair is fair, after all.
7) As Subtle as Sphinx, actually. That'd be one of my favorites of yours. I'm usually more a fan of humans (and anthros of course) proving that they can assert themselves against beings of a higher-order, but I liked the execution you had in having the attempt backfire in that story.
8) It's up. Fair's totally fair.
'kay.
1- I'll answer with something random about you.
Hmmm... I prefer your writing to your photography, though I think both are pretty amazing.
2- I'll dare you to try something
I dare you to write a happy ending to the Bull in my Apartment series!
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
brushed aluminium. More of a texture, but you get the idea.
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
Your ability to tell a story in 365 words! Frackin' cool, man!
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
First impresion: a nifty writer with an artsey side I'd never be able to manage myself.
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
An owl, always peering into the night.
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
What kit do you use to capture those great pics all the time?
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
For you, and only for you, I'll make the exception that you can hit the 7 with me (though I'd really like to read the responces you give for several of the other writers around here as well, so I'd prefer you did the journal thing :p )
To answer your seven ... whatever camera I have at the time. Thus far it's been my Kodak DX7440 (a classic of all time and one of my favourites), the Konica Minolta Dynax 5D (wonderful camera, I have to say), a Sony Alpha A100 (the KM in a new guise, great machine, but it has the 'S' word on it <shudder>) and my current baby, a Nikon D60 (wonderful camera, but the kit telezoom lens is APPALLINGLY bad.) I bring my little Kodak to fun events and the DSLR everywhere else. The only goodies I've had with all the cameras is a couple of screw-on close-up filters and a remote flash on the Sony, and I have fond thoughts of my beloved Metz 45CT4 back in the days when I was into 35mm.
Yes. TMI.
Now you.
1 - Ever since I started reading your works, your avatar has given me a lovely buzz. I keep thinking it's an album cover for a Level 42 record. Gawd, I'm showing my age.
2 - You'll enjoy this (I don't think!) I dare you to compose a 365-word tale in the next week that has a minotaur in it. (Hah! You wanted Bull, you got bull. :) )
3 - Your colour is a fresh sky blue, the deeper shade that is right overhead on a gloriously clear day.
4 - Your attitude is a joy, and something that's lovely to see. It's bright and your tales are always upbeat, even though I first thought "oh gawd, it's all transgender and I don't like that much", but the stories you made had so much depth and thought in them that I got dragged in (kicking and screaming) and ended up enjoying them!
5 - The first memory of you is the horn on your unicorn's head and the way your avatar is sooo delightfully 8-bit. :) I'm one of those eejits that merge the person to their avatar. (Don't you go changin'!)
6 - You're a unicorn. Pure and straightforward, with a lovely golden pointy bit. (Hah! I just scrolled up to check what colour your horn was on your avatar and it *is* goldy! Wheee!
7 - Riddle me this - what made you so keen on TS and TF? I'm madly curious!
Dear gawds, that took me forever! :)
The alicorn is actually supposed to be opalescent, as are my nails and hooves ;)
I got into TF through the side door, I suppose. Most of the TF fandom seems to look at from a rather sexual standpoint. "Do you prefer to cause the TF or be the subject of the TF" is a common question that is often taken as "Would you rather be tieing the knots or be tied up?" That was never the case for me, as I've been wholly asexual until July this year. Instead, the attraction was the idea of people gaining an idealized version of themselves. TG TFs take someone that knows, most often with little or no uncertanty, that they are in the wrong body and rights that wrong. It has been said that the most valuable knowledge is self knowledge, so I find that sort of thing interesting. Likewise, if it were at all possible, I would be the unicorn pictured here. (also here and here)
1- I'll answer with something random about you.
In your icon, I've always found it odd to have all that armor up top but not so much as simple barding down below.
2- I'll dare you to try something
Clam Strips! They're good, give 'em a try next time they're on the menu.
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
Olive Drab pops to mind when I think of you and colors.
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
I'm rather fond of your comments, sometimes they provide interesting insight.
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
The icon, it's pretty unique.
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
Chestnut Quarter-horse
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
How old are you? Sometimes you strike me as older, sometimes younger.
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
Seriously. Do it. It's time consuming, but fun.
2) clams I relay like, seemed striped battered buttered any whay they come
3) OD green I will have to do something about that. I wore it for too many years.
4) Thank you i try to give some feed back not mearly "COOL boobs" Now there is so much I cant comment ion it all. All to often I will leave "Nice Work" Because it IS work and it stood out I just can't keep up.
5) I don't really draw The body is a mare called little fish because the day she was borne She fell in a hole and I had to fish her back out. Thew upper torso took me six months to get it to where it is now working from prints and photos. The texture for the uniform is one I wore in Iraq The background is a street in Iraq.
6) I have a chestnut Arab filly
7)Old enough to be a parent to most of the people here.
I think the OD green is because of your icon :p
I think I'm old enough to be a parent to most of the folks here as well, that doesn't say much :p
I can't have children :p
I am SO envious of your skill with a tablet! I can never get the cursor to do what I mean it to.
2- I'll dare you to try something
Smoked Oysters on Triscuts! One of my favorite snacks, and I've only ever met one other person who has enjoyed them (guess who :p )
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
Sort of a pastel violet.
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
That thing you do? When you draw out all your words? Yeah, that's kinda hawt. And seriously, I can't think of one bad thing about you either. That was one of the sweetest things anyone has ever said about me. Made me blush :p
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
Those black and white wrist-warmer things you were wearing at the furmeet. Those were awesome and I wanted a pair. Also it was pretty cool seeing another girl at that meet ;)
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
Not so much a dragon as a sea horse. I think you'll get that.
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
Hmm... I'm always pretty laid back about asking stuff when it pops into my head. Maybe: When are you guys going to move to Chicago so we can hang out again? :p
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
Well, not you, obviously, since I'm doing this because you did it, but would it be different if you did it again? Hmm...
4: awwwww that is so sweet ^^
5: I am actually washing all my arm warmers right now for the trip! yay!
6: Yay! Sea horsey!
7: Actually I would really like to move to Chicago. But I think we are moving to California first... I will have to see if we can make a trip out there
8: lol I dunno would it be different *dramatic pause*
Sea horses grow up to be dragons ;)
Trips out here would be awesome. I've been missing you guys.
I remember you tell me that about the sea horses =3
We have been missing you too
1- I'll answer with something random about you.
Om nom nom nom nom no.....
2- I'll dare you to try something
Egg in a Hole! A lot of folks have some other name for this dish, but I grew up calling it Egg in a Hole.
Take a piece of bread, butter both sides then cut a large hole in the center (leave about 1/4 - 1/2 inch around the edge).
Now heat a skillet or griddle and grease it (I use butter flavored Pam).
Put the bread in the pan and crack an egg into the hole.
Once one side is fried solid, flip the whole thing over, you want to leave the yolk runny.
Now dip the toast into the yolk and eat! It's very tastey, but I like to add a little salt.
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
Burnt Umber, that shade pipes leave on concrete as they rust away.
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
Your pictures and experimentiveness (it's a word because I say so, dangit!) The way you look at things and see what they could be in just the right light and with just the right filter.
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
That time I upset you by posting a (close) guess on a pic from your archive. It made me laugh, and I am a horrible, horrible person :p
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
A snake of some sort. Strange, I know, but it just popped in there.
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
What is choice for a walkabout camera? The one you take with you to catch shots on the fly instead of getting just the right setup. (Lots of camera questions, I know, but I'm a bit of a shutterbug myself :p )
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
Pretty please?

I have a LOT of your disks mixed in with my DVDs
2- I'll dare you to try something
Pretend you're a ninja every night for a month and try to move around without making a noise. It's fun!
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
A really red shade of purple.
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
There is something very cute and innocent in the way you get upset or angry. It's kind of sad the way that aspect of you can cheer me up, and I'm sorry for pushing your buttons so often.
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
Your potential for hyperbole, like when you 'fell off a mountain'. I hope you don't mind that I'm happy about the outcome of that event. If it hadn't happened, We wouldn't have spent that year together, and I may never have met Tincrash. Funny how those little things can stack up.
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
Bunneh!
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
What is your favorite issue of your favorite comic?
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
It's already there, I know, so you can skip it :p
You have demonstrated an interesting interest in film (and I really did enjoy that recommendation) ;)
2- I'll dare you to try something
Dare you to post a colored pic :D
3- I'll say a color I associate with you.
Slate blue
4- I'll tell you something I like about you.
I love your work! Moreover, you seem pretty cool online, someone I'd like chatting with over a cup of coffee/tea/coacoa or soda.
5- I'll tell you something I always remember about you / a first memory about you.
Your Unicorn Flu pic. It's the first piece of yours I remember seeing, and I remember thinking how lucky she was :p
6- I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
Even though Kangaroo is in your screen name, I think of you more as the church mouse from Disney's Robin Hood. You just seem rather quiet.
7- I'll ask you something I always wanted to ask you.
Of the characters you draw, who is your favorite and why?
8- If I do this for you, you must put this in your journal.
Pretty please?
By "put this in your journal," do you mean copy and paste your reply, or just the questions? Let me know and I'll gladly do it.
Yeah--I love movies (though I don't get to see enough of them).
I also loved the church mouse from Disney's Robin Hood. I see a lot of myself in him; a feisty little fellow not afraid to stand up to bullies, no matter how much bigger they are than him (very often to his regret, later on). I can be a rather quiet person -- until you get to know me. Then just TRY to shut me up! Coincidentally enough, a rodent was one of my early "fursonas" -- I called him Mr. Nice Mouse (after a wonderful caricature of me by drawn by T-Dan Hofstedt).
Favorite character to draw? Hard to say, as it changes all the time. I generally like to draw my current fursona, Tim Kangaroo. There's also Tina (seen in the "Rock 'n' Roll Vixen" series), because she's fun to draw; and my swan-girl ballerina, Sarasa, because ballerinas are great subjects. I also like the challenge of tackling favorite Disney and H-B characters.
I have to apologize for not getting to meet you and Tin at MFF. But then there were ONLY about 1800 other furs there that weekend. There's always next year. My next "big" cons will be FC in January, and MFM next year in Memphis. If you're going to any of those, let me know and I'll make the effort to hook up. I love tea, BTW. ;)
(P.S., in case you haven't figured it out already, the unfortunate victim of "unicorn flu" was yours truly. I would still consider it a lucky affliction!)
Tea would be great then :D
Don't know what our schedule is like, but I would love to hit FC. I just checked and my birthday happens in the middle of it :p
Could be cool getting to do a con for my birthday, as well as looking to meet up with folks.
If that was you with the Unicorn Flu, you sure wear some interesting sleepwear ;)
I could probably write a story about the Unicorn Flu, actually. You and I should collaborate on something some time. (once I'm all caught up on other things though.)
I'd be happy to collaborate on something -- just let me know!
I've posted my reply to your meme on my journal. Thanks again!
