Commissions and T.O.S [OPEN]

Hello! I'm glad that you decided to order a commission from me.
Before going further into details I'd like to point out some rules and describe how this process goes.
I ACCEPT PAYONEER AND PAYPAL
1. DESCRIPTION
You describe or show me what you'd like to see on the picture and what is the main idea of it. More details is better because it helps me to understand what we're looking for.
2. APPROVING SKETCH
After some time, I'll show you a sketch of your commission and you can decline or approve it. By approving it, you agreed to working with me further, and that's when I ask you about the full payment. Please don't forget to tell me when the payment is done!
3. WORK IN PROGRESS
After recieving the payment, I write down your name in my to-do list and start to work on your piece. I'll show you WIP's of every stage when I have it. Please note, I won't fix things that you approved in the past when I showed you WIPs. If it's my mistake - sure, I'll fix it - but any edits cost extra.
Please note that I CAN'T continue to work on your piece without approval from you of every stage!
4.TURNAROUND TIME
Some pictures are time consuming, some are not. Please be patient and please don't ask me about your commission every day. Questions like "How's it going?" Won't help me draw it faster. But feel free to ask me about your commission after some time since you ordered it.
Please don't forget that I'm a person too and sometimes things in life can come up which may slow down my work.
Usually the turnaround time is about a week to four month.
5. REFUNDS
If it happened that I haven't started to work on your commision after a month - you can ask for refund and I'll refund you the whole amount.
If I already started to work on your picture but still took a lot of time - I can refund you half of the amount of it.
I don't do refunds on final stages.
WHAT I WILL DRAW:
Honestly, probably everything except humans and some super difficult characters with a lot of details. Mature art, fetishes, gore, and much more! I can do that.
WHAT I WON'T DRAW:
Extreme fetishes. If you not sure if it's counts as extreme or not - just ask :)

Commissions type:
Icon commission: Headshot of your character with any emotion/mood/detail/angle and simple bg of your choice.
Single icon - 10$
Double 600x600 icon - 20$ examples here
Icon with resolution 1000x1000 - 20$ each example
Badge/ headshot commission:
A headshot of your character with/without any text.
Resolution on this one is 300dpi. Better than 600x600 icons because I can add more details into it.

Halfbody:Halfbody drawing of your character with any clothes/details
Resolution 300dpi
One character - 45$
Second character - +35$

Fullbody without detailed bg:Fullbody drawing of your character. With any pose/details/clothes and stuff.
Single character - 55$

Reference sheet:
Reference sheetof your character. Flat colored only.
I have few different options for the reference sheet:
Simple reference sheet - 60$ (front view and one headshot) example
standart reference sheet - 80$ (back, fron view and three headshots) example
and big one - 100$ (back, front view, any other pose and three headshots) example
for mature version of reference sheet or version in clothes it's extra 10$-20$
Any poses, emotins and details that you want. Can leave space for text or you can ask me to fill it with information that you want.
Telegram stickers commission:
5$ each. Any emotion, pose, etc.
For fullbody sticker it's +5$
For shading it's +5$ each
mature themes are okay. Difficult characters cost extra
