A PERFECT OUTLINE:
1) Character(s): Psudo: 19, Male, Barn owl Anthro. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11405849/ Very fussy, hates being kept in diapers, wants independence, kept as permanent toddler.
Dexter: 25, Male, Raccoon Anthro. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11796465/ Dominant, but friendly. Keeps his little brother Psudo as a permanent toddler, but plays it off as though it's for his own good.
2) Fetish(es): Diapers, spanking, diaper use, hypnosis, force-feeding, AB-bondage, etc.
3) Situation: Psudo get's fed up with being kept as a toddler, even though he's an adult, and tries to run away. Skim over this quickly, with him being caught at the end of the driveway by Dexter, who drags him back inside and tells him that, for punishment, he's now going to be kept as a permenant baby. The rest of the story features him being spanked, put back in diapers instead of pullups, force-fed his dinner, put into locking adult baby furniture, and eventually swaddled for bedtime. Pretty much any interactions are alright, in that case, and she might even punish him for her own amusement if it would keep him obedient for his situation. In general, can be as nsfw/sexual as you feel appropriate.
4) Exclusions. Anything legitimately physically harmful, which shouldn't be a problem, everything else is fine.

Umbr: male Anthro Umbreon, has a tuxedo fetish. Loves Jolt's coffee. He's the butler for Oraclai (not present), and takes organization and manners very seriously. Hates diapers.
Jolt: male Anthro Jolteon, has an Umbr fetish ;) Makes really good coffee. ALso one of Oraclai's butlers, but more laid back and ready to have fun. He does take his job seriously when there's work to be done, though.

Umbr got in trouble for almost starting a fire as he burned supper (being punished not for the almost fire, but for getting in a situation where he could have been hurt). Oraclai responded by putting Umbr in a diaper then giving Jolt free reign of the umbreon, which the jolteon is very happy with.
Exclusions: Even though Jolt has fun being in charge, he's not a dominant type, so try to avoid making Jolt feel that way.

Joey: Male Fire/Fairy Typhlosion - the odd typing causes him to have pink fur in place of the blue, and a light blue flame in place of the orange and red. He is optimistic, if timid and soft spoken. He's also studious, excitable, and hard to upset.

Situation
Joey is a slave to Nate in a setting where slavery is legal but with extensive laws to keep it from being biased or unjust (i.e. no discrimination, slaves tend to be more like employees who's pay is their room and board, etc). Nate is a rich CEO for a medium-sized business, but still with enough money to leave him in the 5%. THe story would open with Joey (Nate's lover as well as personal slave) coming home from college. It would include Nate's welcoming back to the manor, and Nate's own welcoming for the fairy phlosion.

Ref: (5' 7", 18yrs) A brown rabbit with a skinny, slightly athletic, build. Ears stick up with a little flop at the end. Other than that, he's a normal looking rabbit.
Deets: He's mostly reserved and tries not to be a burden. He works out of the house at a boring retail job, but keeps a chipper attitude keeping a positive outlook on life. Of course, he does have a secret love for diapers...

Worried about the fact that Jacob drank what was meant for him in his own privacy, he searches through the box to find a method of changing him back. No real physical harm in the tf and nothing extremely messy (though I'd love to see some pawing off while wearing the diaper ;D)

Ren and Jacob are good friends from high school, though both are straight. While Jacob is the breadwinner, he doesn't try to extort this unless he's being playful/sarcastic. Ren can easily out do Jacob in anything athletic.

Petie - a 14 year old teddiursa who looks like a kindergartner or younger, is diaper dependant, and has several babyish traits/qualities. He's a little grumpy butt who hates how babyish he is and tries to be a big boy even if he's used to people getting his age wrong and not believing his real one. He's pessimistic usually about stuff that might make him look babyish but when surprised he shows his inner little kid and innocence. Also when upset his inner whiney, easily upset little boy comes out. Deeply ashamed of his diapers and always tries to keep them a secret.
Momma - Petie's middle aged (and then some) mother who loves and cares for her son, wanting him to succed and
do great things... but also still seeing him as her little baby cub most of them time since she still has to wipe his little bottom and accompany him in public if his sister doesn't to keep him from being mistaken for a lost child. Sweet tempered and a little mischeavious she'd never maliciously embarrass Petie in public but can't resister a little fun from time to time. If Petie appears hurt she'd get protective (violently so if needed) till she's sure he's okay though.

Situation:
At a local department store with his mommy shopping for some new clothes for him Petie gets pulled into a demonstration of an “Auto Closet” machine made to make changing clothes easier (one of Jenny's sold machine patents somebody was stupid enough to try and market). The demonstration goes alright at first when Petie fibs about his age (saying he’s 7 when the person running the demonstration thought he was 4 or 5) and he gets decently mature clothes for a 7 year old. Things go wrong though on the second run through when the machine realizes Petie’s in diapers and resets for the appropriate age. Despite trying to fix this with several more run throughs (and several cute/embarrassing outfits) the demonstration ends with a pouty Petie spending the rest of the trip with Momma as a bouncy toddler boy who looks like he just had his 2nd birthday.
Exclusions:
Nothing mature or that'd move the story up from a general rating.
Relationship:
Petie and Momma are son and mother and a close ones at that though Petie, despite his looks, is trying to show as much teenage independence as he can... which doesn't work when you need to keep close in a store and can't change your own diapers
Nanny: One of the AIs programed into Teddy’s car, she is designed to help parents handle young (kindergarten and younger) children while driving including diaper changes, playing, feeding, and all other functions. Like all the cars AIs she’s programed to be able to drive the car herself and, using the info provided, run errands like ordering groceries over the phone and going to pick them up. While able to act like a real person her program naturally limits her since when she’s registered someone as baby she only hears baby noises from them (to keep a baby who knows some words from messing with the voice controls accidentally)

3) Situation: Theodore buys a top of the line, self driving, AI equipped, car with the ability to chaufere and care for its drive like a servant using various mechanical limbs, the cars ability to rearrange seating and the insides, and a limited ability to create pre-programed matter. He bought it to impress his friends and prove he’s NOT a baby as well as rubbing his money in their face. The reason he doesn’t want to admit to is he bought it cause he can’t legally drive due to his size. Due to a mix up with the forms he filled out he gets the family mini-van instead of the sports car, but he decideds to look around in it before trying to get this fixed… and without bothering to really read the instructions. After setting it for a drive around town he finds the program that lets you choose the AI that helps pilot the car and flips around for a moment as a joke… but when he hits nanny she automatically assumes the baby got into the front seat and surprises him with mechanical arms that reach out to keep him safe making him spill his drink… all over his pants. Naturally she registers this as him having had an accident and he’s left stuttering shocked protests as the front seat flips back and deposits him in the back, more seats rearranging into a changing table. Teddy is helpless as the machine gives him a humiliating clean up leaving him in just his shirt and then diapers him before the seats rearrange into a proper infants car seat leaving him strapped in for the drive around town… which Nanny assumes is to help sooth an obviously fussy baby. Teddy is helpless but to kick and protest as he’s assaulted with baby toys, pacifiers, soothing music, and baby shows from the flip down tv as Nanny tries to sooth him… as he realizes he needs to pee badly just as Nanny announces they’re nearing their destination. The horror of remember he set the destination to his female friends house, to show off the car, makes him accidentally wet himself… leaving him sobbing like an infant as the car stops and the door opens just in time for his friend to see him getting his diaper changed into a thicker version.
4) Exclusions: Nothing that would get the story marked as mature and nothing too graphic. No extreme detail on the diaper use. Nothing sexual at all.
5) Relationships: Teddy is a little brat who only really acts mature when he feels he’s in control, otherwise he tends to lose it till he has an infantile emotional breakdown. Nanny is programed to handle babies so she’s just operating under programing and trying to make Teddy into a happy baby.
