A Quick word first. below is my TOS/ Terms Of Service, some of it may seem weird, mean, strict and cruel but most of it will probably never be needed or acted upon as long as we keep up with a steady and clear line of communication. Im not aiming any of this at anyone. some of these rules have been prompted by past issues/ incident that have happened to me or i have witnessed as a bystander. I will not try to use the rules to screw you over they are only there for mine and yours protection. That being said, this will in no terms stop me from using my tos to ensure a fare treatment.

NO OTHER TOS ect WILL OVERRIDE MINE FOR MY COMMISSIONS EVER
If you do not agree to these terms or have your own 'commissioner's TOS' neither will override what I have listed here. Please be aware of this, and do not commission if you can not abide.
This Includes Trades or agreements for services in exchange for art etc.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission request with no need to explain why.
-Payment is made either before I start the image (preferred) or somtimes I am willing to do half pay before starting, and the remaining half paid when I am finished, however, This is only available on larger pieces and usually only available to ongoing customers who i have a good relation with. please do not get offended if i dont feel comfortable accepting this payment plan with you. (Note: Smaller commissions such as icons, sketches, flat colors, etc, I ALWAYS take the payment before I start!)
-As Always Characters that are more complicated WILL Cost more. Why? Because its more effort, takes longer ect. things such as wings (not chibi), tattos, complicated markins, extra body parts, ect.
-Will do nudes but need to check with me first.
-Adult themes Do cost more. Again this is because there are more details take longer ect.
- Do [color=#CE0829]NOT pay me before i confirm
-Warn me which links are Safe for children, and which are not. just because you can upload it as SFW doesn't mean its safe for everyone.
- Ask me about fetishes and gore-related images i will do. no really, feel free to ask, some of it i may only be willign to email you directly and not post, and otherstuff may surprise you. worst ill say is no.
-Do Not ask me about NSFW Baby furs, bestiality (not including sentient ferals) or Heavy Scat, they are big no-nos.
-I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. I Am willing to discuss other prices for commercial use of images though.
-You may NOT use my art without permission for profit, tracing, production, advertising, modification, recolouring ect.
- Any art i produce i have a right to use for display and advertising purposes but i do NOT own your character nor will i claim to.
- any art i produce I (and only I) can edit it so it no longer displays your character for the use of advertising or limited edition print of my art and not for the purpose of ever selling the character even if edited or colour shifted/ marks changed.
- art i produce can NOT be used by anyone else other than me for the purpouse of makeing a profit, selling pritns etc without my direct permission and agreement.
-Commissioners may display their commissioned work on their accounts, use them as icons (yes you can crop for icons/ banners as long as you give me credit), print them out (for personal, non-commercial use), etc with proper credit. Please contact me if you are wanting to use the artwork for commercial use.
-I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my website/DeviantART/FurAffinity/Tumblr gallery ect. If it is of your original character, i will not take credit of your character's design. Let me know if you don't want me to upload the image Before you commission me!
-I reserve the right to raise my prices. If there is a price increase, it will -not- effect commissions already in progress or that have been agreed upon from up to 3 month between agreement and payment.
- If my prices do change a new price sheet will be uploaded on my user-page or atleast the old one will be removed.
- in the notes via paypal only put in your username. nothing else. thank-you
Refunds and Cancellations
-If you want to cancel a commission before work has begun, a full refund is possible in the first 24( unless work is past a certain point/ you were in stream when i started/ under 5 gbp/ over 50 gbp/ emergancy commission)
-If you want to cancel a commission during or directly after the sketching stage is done, up to 60% of the original commission price can be refunded unless you only commissioned a sketch.
-Once the painting/coloring stage has started, NO refunds will be given.
-Refunds will NOT be given on finished art. Please be specific on what you desire, and point out any errors in WIP, in stream etc.
-I reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason. This would be handled case by case.
-Please include all the information needed in your commission request in a SINGLE note. Do NOT say something along the lines of "look in my gallery for the orange fox" in your note, im not digging around in your gallery. This means good references, a description/ reff/ example of a background(if needed/desired), any desired posing preferences, what species your character/s are and at least a small personality desc and any other Necessary information.
- written discription only means you want a CHARACTER DESIGN. This is NOT a normal commision and will cost more since there is usually far more redo and editing required on these types of art. happy to do it but not at my usual rates.
-I only offer one round of edits for commissions under 15 gbp/ and commissions over that get 2 rounds. If you are in my stream it dose help and i do try to wait a few days before starting in case somthing pops into your mind you forgot to mention.
-For larger paintings/ commissions with lots of details/ characters/ complicated background, expect a longer waiting time than a single character half body pose would take me.
-Larger edits (eg: Some color/lighting change, expression change, slight pose change, etc) will require an additional cost to be determined on how complicated the edit is. The cost will vary depending on the stage of the commission and what kind of commission it is, IF its way to much i will just say no. i'm not being mean. but unless i got the colour yellow when it was meant to be blue then you should have spotted it in the stream or WIP.
Special Circumstances
-i can "quit" on a commission at any time if;
--You become rude, insulting, grotesque and all round nasty.
--If you are constantly changing things after i am done colouring despite beign fine with a WIP
Group commissions;
-group commissions must be led buy a single contact who will send me all the necessary info ect.
-This is to prevent clients contradicting each other, not knowing what...their fellows want, and often times-- causing confusion and stress for themselves, as well as me, the artist.
Your character ;
-I am not responsible for any drama or issues that may arise if I am commissioned to draw for someone who is not comfortable with me drawing them.
-If you have had someone commission me for a picture of your character and you are not comfortable with the image, please contact me to possibly have it taken it down.
- i do generally check if the chracter belongs to you via a search for who did the reff sheet etc. But i cannot spend hours searching.
Outside forces effecting your commission views;
edits or removals of images issues etc have to be discussed with me on a reasonable calm and rational level before going to "the authority" baisicly. Give it a chance before acting like a douche before even talking (not demanding) to me.
Okay lets do a little theoretical problem solving here;
e.g. you and your partner breakup, we're no longer friends, you no longer like your sona/ changed your sona, opinions changed etc
- maybe you commisioned something that you later realise you dont like, no longer find funny, setting off your stress, creaped out by it or getting hate for it and now you want to take it down. So you take it down from your page to hide it, then rudely and demandingly expect me to take it down too and destroy "the evidence" , well i'm sorry folks but. tough cookies, I WORKED HARD on your art and i'm not going to destoy my own property. yes thats right me saying the art belongs to me since i made it is actualy a thing. So suck it up and note me privately and politely too see what WE can do.
HERES WHAT TO DO ;
- STEP BACK and calm down. Any damage made won't be greatly effected in the next hour or even over night. what ever the damage. it's already done. (and i may not be able to help until the next weekend) just calm down, have some tea or cake or sex. what ever works for you and think how you can resolve the situation with or without it effecting me. Done that? ok. Then start planning your note to me.
- okay so you calmned down, and want to note me politely to ask me to remove some art i made for you/ of you ect. Now here things deviate 3 different ways;
- 1. If you PAID for it;
Note me stating politely why you want/ need it taken down. I will handle this case by case. But 99% of the time i will not take the art down completely, buuuuutttt we can reach a possible compromise, e.g. colour shifting the image so it's no longer your character, adding horns spikes ect so its not your character, or editing something in the image that is bothered you. This will need to be paid for. am i joking? [color= ]no. You asking me to baisicly edit a finished flattened* image. It's annoying and difficult and a bit insulting aannnddd i expect to be compensated for the [color= ]mutilation(thats how i'll see it when im editing it and i'll feel sad in side) of my art.
- 2. If you DID NOT pay for it;
(this includes freebies/ prizes) well, you didnt pay for it.
At this point you are comeing to me to complaining about a FREE image you okay'd an expect me to take it down. Even asking politely, isnt very polite and will feel like a big insult. Why? Ever heard of the term "dont look a gift horse in the mouth?" no? look it up.
Baisicly, i may change it if its due to ligitamit reasons (like i made you a girl and you're a dude), but same as above you should atleast offer money to compensate me for my time (time is precious and i ant as young as i used to be lol). Now if you message me and its an edit because i forgot somthing. That dosnt come under this section. If your messageing me because you now hate the person your drawn with/ me or somthing. Well its really not my problem but i will try to work with you. (when its reasonably possible)
- 3. You are an innocent by stander who ended up in the image;
Well okay. dunno how that happened. Maybe your friend or partner commisioned a piece of art of the both of you. or someone lied and used your reff sheet when the said it was theres. but oh noes! it yours... well crap. Well we'll have to handle this by a case by case statues. I'll need proof and to do some research (which is annoying to me cus its a waist of my time) and to figure out what happened. DONOTreport me. Why? because its NOT my effing fault. I did what my commisioner told me to do, and i was tricked and as done as much wrong to me, as to you! I will remove and then edit the picture so it dosnt match your sona anymore. and then we'll both report the dude/ chick/ herm/ tri gender pyro fox from the forest planet to the authorities and let them handle it.

Summery?
- in the end best thing in any case. is to note me politely without threats and explain to me calmly and clearly why who what when why and where. so we can work through this. i will never fully remove my art. But i will edit it so it dosnt match your character anymore. (at which point you loose all claim to it and cannot use/ reuse/ repost/edit / bother me about it etc. EVER again).
Time Frames and Updates
-If you have a deadline, such as a holiday, birthday, anniversary, etc. tell me! Otherwise there will not be a set deadline (see below). A Rushed deadline may very well cost extra.
-I Try to get Art done as quickly as i can without sacrificing the level of art i have reached. But this dose not mean you should expect it the same day.
- Tell me when you commission me if you don't want it uploaded before a certain date (like a v-day present or b-day present surprise) and i will try my best to remember. Please don't get mad if i forget. i will try not to but accidents happen.
-Please allow plenty of time for your commissions to be finished.
-Time frame for normal commissions are usually under 3 months. On complicated ones, please give up to 6 months. Commissions CAN be completed in much shorter times, but be aware the wait may be longer due to real life getting in the way and i do have some quite serious health conditions that willr andomly pop up debilitate me for a week or more at a time.
-Large/ complicated/ time costly commissions such as reff sheets, comics, ych's with separate participants often end up taking much longer. it's a lot more leg work, effort and fixing between people in such things. i will try to keep it under three months but up to 9 months is a more reasonable time frame for the really complex stuff.
-emergency commissions
(taken when a journal with extra information is provided) are NOT on my normal commissions list and have a separate disclaimer about commission timeframes and often take lot longer but at a more competitive price range.
general rules;
- emergancy commisions are at a better price but will take much longer to be done
- these are done to help me in times of need rather than be normal commisions. so in return for helping me out you get a much more competitive price but have a much longer wait.
- if i go a few months without a WIP please remind me!! i dont mind being reminded! I am tired and forgetful and my meds dont help with this and i really appreciate the odd little promt of someone gettign excited to see there art!
-customers will be notified if there is going to be a large delay in the form of my posting a wip with delay info, a journal, private message, txt or email.
Usually a journal because what effects one of you usually effects ALL art im doing.
-Outstanding commissions are ones that have gone 5 months of time with no contact/work done and/or that have not been agreed upon for delay. A full refund may be requested depending on stage of art/ MY funds available / type of commissions/ previous commitment and agreements made between us. No emergency commisions do nto come under this section.
-Please remember that I have other activities and obligations outside of art, and this will sometimes add to the estimated time to complete a piece.
Includeing such things as;
- college work
- Electric/ internet issues
- Health issues
- Test/ exams coming up (which i will post in journals about so ya'll can know about it)
- moving country this summer
- Do not expect me to work on art on holiday days. Im usually doing something, or I am with my family.
- Commission update requests are welcome! However, if you have my Skype ect, please do not pester me. I can't work if I am being constantly badgered.
- If you pm me more than 3 times a week, you're probably pestering me.
- If you pm me i may not be able to reply until the weekend!
- If you would like WIP images, please let me know beforehand. On larger commissions I usually do this automatically, but if it is important to you, you need to let me know.
- I will only post a wip if you were not around for the stream/ i'm unsure and need you to confirm/ you asked for one for the base sketch. It will be posted as normal and then move to scraps after i post the finished item.
- I will always post a wip if its more than a average sketch or greyscale and you were not in my stream when i did the sketch.
Payments and Payment Plans
- i can only accept paypal or western union at this moment in time.
- i prefer to be paid in GBP/ £/ english money especially for anything more than a pwyw sketch/ doodle.
- I can take other Currencies but paypal dose take some of the profit then with extra fees. Altho it is not required it Would be nice if you added a bit extra to cover said fees.
- on paypal comments / notes etc please only put in your FA username or email if your not on FA.
- DO NOT put in anything else in the notes/ comments on paypal e.g. "commission" "orgy" ect. why? because paypal will freeze my account and possibly yours because they do not support adult item sales and commissions ect. from small people
- Payment must be done before i start a piece unless otherwise agreed upon.
- payment-plans must be stuck to. if you don't pay me you don't get the art.
- Payment plans are always non refundable.
- Payments are for my time, tallent, ideas and effort. not piece of art. people also pay for my time and i clean houses, cook, walk dogs and much more. YOU pay for my time and effort not just the art!
EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS
- all rules above apply unless added to/ edited/ mentioned to be changed in this section
emergency commisions are things i open up rarely, and when i do its so i can get help really quick on-top of normal commisions e.g. the time my dog cut his leg open and we had a huge start-fee to pay the vet.
- these are generally at a more competative rate often going as low to a 1/5 fo the normal price.
- these are LOW priority finish date commissions, baisically they are done after normal commissions and take longer to do
- you get much cheeper art, same quality but takes alot longer
- these are designed to help ME, MY family or MY friends in hard times/ emergencies/ disasters etc. they are here to help us. Thankyou for that help.
- emergency commisions have been known to take (this was a comic) several months longer to complete than normal commissions
- you CANNOT get a refund, these were done to HELP,
- normal commisions taken at time emergancy commisions are open are not effected/ affected by these rules
- they are convertible e.g you paid for a bust but now im offering icons of the same price and i havnt started on your bust, then it'd be fine to note me and ask to change the type of commission. think of it as a credit exchange lol
- This included PWYW where i set a minimum and you pay what you want- within reason.
- pwyw rules are always explained or stated on the add or in stream
- pwyw minimums are non negotiable NO seriously the minimum is the freaking minimum people.
- pwyw are first come first served (unless your being rude)
- pwyw rules change at any point before payment

Fuckyouasaurus - a creature that is amazingingly overly complicated for the level of art you'v commissioned me for and/ or tricked me into thinkign it was a normal chracter that wasnt to complicated.
e.g. "hi there wulf, the chracter i want you to draw for that 3 dollar pwywy sketch is saafleiawufiugawwre from ruwigri-wug planet. i want the beak shape from this "link"and the colour of the beak/ toung form thsi "link" and the body shape from this "link" but the hips need to attach to the 10 different tails like this "link" and this "link" but the tails i want in the opisit direction forming a counterspiral loop that is slightly morphed into a heart shape but a squished heart shape liek this heart "link"." yeah... dont do this to me folks. i'v had this happen. next time ill keep ur money and tell u to go away for makeing me read tht sh*t. .. no i am not jokeing.
Flattened image - its a image that has been made into a single layer and now is only editable ontop of what you see. When you need to flatten the image you're working on in Photoshop ask yourself first, "Will I regret not being able to come back later and edit those layers?" that is why i ask if your happy with everything. if you say yes. i flatten the image. then i cannot change sh*t. (except maybe add shading).
Flatten/ flattening the image - to flatten/ when flattening an image all the seperate layers of art are stuck or compressed together and now are uneditable (or very close to it due to the difficulty). I always ask before flattening a commission. I check via wip/ ask instream etc. When i do flatten an image in Photoshop it collapses ALL open, visible layers into one single layer. This dosen't affect image quality. If i don't flatten my finished piece, you will end up with a PSD (Photoshop Document) that has a very large file size, and can only be saved as a PSD file (which most websites will not allow me to upload). After i'v flattened an image, Photoshop will then give me the choice of many different file types under which you can save the image. I useualy save it in JPG because websites seemn to hate when i try to upload anythign other than JPG.

PWYW - Pay What You Want. baisicaly it useualy means you can vastly underpay the artist who is so desperate for money she's willign to baisicly sell her arts on the streat corner for what ever u got in your pocket. ont he upside people who cant usually afford art can finally get something. there are sueualy fare use policies (and if none are stated use commen sense/ baisicl morals) . pwyw is also a good (or terrible) way for an artist to se what people think there art is worth.
PWYC - Pay What You Can means you pay what you can because you want art. but are kinda broke. end up me tellign you what i'd normally charge, then you pay what you can.
YCH - Your Character Here. like a spot in a piece fo art useualy that has a roughy drawn placeholder. rules prices auction/ buy options and choices are useualy all defined on the journal/ image.
Yiff, Yiftastic, Yiffy, yiff yiff, yiffinator - Legend has it that 'yiff' is the sound a male fox would make when he is, uh, 'yiffing' a particularly fine vixen. NSFW - Not Safe For Work. Its a term / abreviation commonly used to describe online any content that inappropriate for a typical workplace. e.g. would not be acceptable in the presence of your boss and colleagues (may even get you fired) (as opposed to SFW, Safe For Work).

-Once the painting/coloring stage has started, NO refunds will be given.
-Refunds will NOT be given on finished art. Please be specific on what you desire, and point out any errors in WIP, in stream etc.
-I reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason. This would be handled case by case.
-Please include all the information needed in your commission request in a SINGLE note. Do NOT say something along the lines of "look in my gallery for the orange fox" in your note, im not digging around in your gallery. This means good references, a description/ reff/ example of a background(if needed/desired), any desired posing preferences, what species your character/s are and at least a small personality desc and any other Necessary information.
- written discription only means you want a CHARACTER DESIGN. This is NOT a normal commision and will cost more since there is usually far more redo and editing required on these types of art. happy to do it but not at my usual rates.
-I only offer one round of edits for commissions under 15 gbp/ and commissions over that get 2 rounds. If you are in my stream it dose help and i do try to wait a few days before starting in case somthing pops into your mind you forgot to mention.
-For larger paintings/ commissions with lots of details/ characters/ complicated background, expect a longer waiting time than a single character half body pose would take me.
-Larger edits (eg: Some color/lighting change, expression change, slight pose change, etc) will require an additional cost to be determined on how complicated the edit is. The cost will vary depending on the stage of the commission and what kind of commission it is, IF its way to much i will just say no. i'm not being mean. but unless i got the colour yellow when it was meant to be blue then you should have spotted it in the stream or WIP.
Special Circumstances
-i can "quit" on a commission at any time if;
--You become rude, insulting, grotesque and all round nasty.
--If you are constantly changing things after i am done colouring despite beign fine with a WIP
Group commissions;
-group commissions must be led buy a single contact who will send me all the necessary info ect.
-This is to prevent clients contradicting each other, not knowing what...their fellows want, and often times-- causing confusion and stress for themselves, as well as me, the artist.
Your character ;
-I am not responsible for any drama or issues that may arise if I am commissioned to draw for someone who is not comfortable with me drawing them.
-If you have had someone commission me for a picture of your character and you are not comfortable with the image, please contact me to possibly have it taken it down.
- i do generally check if the chracter belongs to you via a search for who did the reff sheet etc. But i cannot spend hours searching.
Outside forces effecting your commission views;
edits or removals of images issues etc have to be discussed with me on a reasonable calm and rational level before going to "the authority" baisicly. Give it a chance before acting like a douche before even talking (not demanding) to me.
Okay lets do a little theoretical problem solving here;
e.g. you and your partner breakup, we're no longer friends, you no longer like your sona/ changed your sona, opinions changed etc
- maybe you commisioned something that you later realise you dont like, no longer find funny, setting off your stress, creaped out by it or getting hate for it and now you want to take it down. So you take it down from your page to hide it, then rudely and demandingly expect me to take it down too and destroy "the evidence" , well i'm sorry folks but. tough cookies, I WORKED HARD on your art and i'm not going to destoy my own property. yes thats right me saying the art belongs to me since i made it is actualy a thing. So suck it up and note me privately and politely too see what WE can do.
HERES WHAT TO DO ;
- STEP BACK and calm down. Any damage made won't be greatly effected in the next hour or even over night. what ever the damage. it's already done. (and i may not be able to help until the next weekend) just calm down, have some tea or cake or sex. what ever works for you and think how you can resolve the situation with or without it effecting me. Done that? ok. Then start planning your note to me.
- okay so you calmned down, and want to note me politely to ask me to remove some art i made for you/ of you ect. Now here things deviate 3 different ways;
- 1. If you PAID for it;
Note me stating politely why you want/ need it taken down. I will handle this case by case. But 99% of the time i will not take the art down completely, buuuuutttt we can reach a possible compromise, e.g. colour shifting the image so it's no longer your character, adding horns spikes ect so its not your character, or editing something in the image that is bothered you. This will need to be paid for. am i joking? [color= ]no. You asking me to baisicly edit a finished flattened* image. It's annoying and difficult and a bit insulting aannnddd i expect to be compensated for the [color= ]mutilation(thats how i'll see it when im editing it and i'll feel sad in side) of my art.
- 2. If you DID NOT pay for it;
(this includes freebies/ prizes) well, you didnt pay for it.
At this point you are comeing to me to complaining about a FREE image you okay'd an expect me to take it down. Even asking politely, isnt very polite and will feel like a big insult. Why? Ever heard of the term "dont look a gift horse in the mouth?" no? look it up.
Baisicly, i may change it if its due to ligitamit reasons (like i made you a girl and you're a dude), but same as above you should atleast offer money to compensate me for my time (time is precious and i ant as young as i used to be lol). Now if you message me and its an edit because i forgot somthing. That dosnt come under this section. If your messageing me because you now hate the person your drawn with/ me or somthing. Well its really not my problem but i will try to work with you. (when its reasonably possible)
- 3. You are an innocent by stander who ended up in the image;
Well okay. dunno how that happened. Maybe your friend or partner commisioned a piece of art of the both of you. or someone lied and used your reff sheet when the said it was theres. but oh noes! it yours... well crap. Well we'll have to handle this by a case by case statues. I'll need proof and to do some research (which is annoying to me cus its a waist of my time) and to figure out what happened. DONOTreport me. Why? because its NOT my effing fault. I did what my commisioner told me to do, and i was tricked and as done as much wrong to me, as to you! I will remove and then edit the picture so it dosnt match your sona anymore. and then we'll both report the dude/ chick/ herm/ tri gender pyro fox from the forest planet to the authorities and let them handle it.

Summery?
- in the end best thing in any case. is to note me politely without threats and explain to me calmly and clearly why who what when why and where. so we can work through this. i will never fully remove my art. But i will edit it so it dosnt match your character anymore. (at which point you loose all claim to it and cannot use/ reuse/ repost/edit / bother me about it etc. EVER again).
Time Frames and Updates
-If you have a deadline, such as a holiday, birthday, anniversary, etc. tell me! Otherwise there will not be a set deadline (see below). A Rushed deadline may very well cost extra.
-I Try to get Art done as quickly as i can without sacrificing the level of art i have reached. But this dose not mean you should expect it the same day.
- Tell me when you commission me if you don't want it uploaded before a certain date (like a v-day present or b-day present surprise) and i will try my best to remember. Please don't get mad if i forget. i will try not to but accidents happen.
-Please allow plenty of time for your commissions to be finished.
-Time frame for normal commissions are usually under 3 months. On complicated ones, please give up to 6 months. Commissions CAN be completed in much shorter times, but be aware the wait may be longer due to real life getting in the way and i do have some quite serious health conditions that willr andomly pop up debilitate me for a week or more at a time.
-Large/ complicated/ time costly commissions such as reff sheets, comics, ych's with separate participants often end up taking much longer. it's a lot more leg work, effort and fixing between people in such things. i will try to keep it under three months but up to 9 months is a more reasonable time frame for the really complex stuff.
-emergency commissions
(taken when a journal with extra information is provided) are NOT on my normal commissions list and have a separate disclaimer about commission timeframes and often take lot longer but at a more competitive price range.
general rules;
- emergancy commisions are at a better price but will take much longer to be done
- these are done to help me in times of need rather than be normal commisions. so in return for helping me out you get a much more competitive price but have a much longer wait.
- if i go a few months without a WIP please remind me!! i dont mind being reminded! I am tired and forgetful and my meds dont help with this and i really appreciate the odd little promt of someone gettign excited to see there art!
-customers will be notified if there is going to be a large delay in the form of my posting a wip with delay info, a journal, private message, txt or email.
Usually a journal because what effects one of you usually effects ALL art im doing.
-Outstanding commissions are ones that have gone 5 months of time with no contact/work done and/or that have not been agreed upon for delay. A full refund may be requested depending on stage of art/ MY funds available / type of commissions/ previous commitment and agreements made between us. No emergency commisions do nto come under this section.
-Please remember that I have other activities and obligations outside of art, and this will sometimes add to the estimated time to complete a piece.
Includeing such things as;
- college work
- Electric/ internet issues
- Health issues
- Test/ exams coming up (which i will post in journals about so ya'll can know about it)
- moving country this summer
- Do not expect me to work on art on holiday days. Im usually doing something, or I am with my family.
- Commission update requests are welcome! However, if you have my Skype ect, please do not pester me. I can't work if I am being constantly badgered.
- If you pm me more than 3 times a week, you're probably pestering me.
- If you pm me i may not be able to reply until the weekend!
- If you would like WIP images, please let me know beforehand. On larger commissions I usually do this automatically, but if it is important to you, you need to let me know.
- I will only post a wip if you were not around for the stream/ i'm unsure and need you to confirm/ you asked for one for the base sketch. It will be posted as normal and then move to scraps after i post the finished item.
- I will always post a wip if its more than a average sketch or greyscale and you were not in my stream when i did the sketch.
Payments and Payment Plans
- i can only accept paypal or western union at this moment in time.
- i prefer to be paid in GBP/ £/ english money especially for anything more than a pwyw sketch/ doodle.
- I can take other Currencies but paypal dose take some of the profit then with extra fees. Altho it is not required it Would be nice if you added a bit extra to cover said fees.
- on paypal comments / notes etc please only put in your FA username or email if your not on FA.
- DO NOT put in anything else in the notes/ comments on paypal e.g. "commission" "orgy" ect. why? because paypal will freeze my account and possibly yours because they do not support adult item sales and commissions ect. from small people
- Payment must be done before i start a piece unless otherwise agreed upon.
- payment-plans must be stuck to. if you don't pay me you don't get the art.
- Payment plans are always non refundable.
- Payments are for my time, tallent, ideas and effort. not piece of art. people also pay for my time and i clean houses, cook, walk dogs and much more. YOU pay for my time and effort not just the art!
EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS
- all rules above apply unless added to/ edited/ mentioned to be changed in this section
emergency commisions are things i open up rarely, and when i do its so i can get help really quick on-top of normal commisions e.g. the time my dog cut his leg open and we had a huge start-fee to pay the vet.
- these are generally at a more competative rate often going as low to a 1/5 fo the normal price.
- these are LOW priority finish date commissions, baisically they are done after normal commissions and take longer to do
- you get much cheeper art, same quality but takes alot longer
- these are designed to help ME, MY family or MY friends in hard times/ emergencies/ disasters etc. they are here to help us. Thankyou for that help.
- emergency commisions have been known to take (this was a comic) several months longer to complete than normal commissions
- you CANNOT get a refund, these were done to HELP,
- normal commisions taken at time emergancy commisions are open are not effected/ affected by these rules
- they are convertible e.g you paid for a bust but now im offering icons of the same price and i havnt started on your bust, then it'd be fine to note me and ask to change the type of commission. think of it as a credit exchange lol
- This included PWYW where i set a minimum and you pay what you want- within reason.
- pwyw rules are always explained or stated on the add or in stream
- pwyw minimums are non negotiable NO seriously the minimum is the freaking minimum people.
- pwyw are first come first served (unless your being rude)
- pwyw rules change at any point before payment

Fuckyouasaurus - a creature that is amazingingly overly complicated for the level of art you'v commissioned me for and/ or tricked me into thinkign it was a normal chracter that wasnt to complicated.
e.g. "hi there wulf, the chracter i want you to draw for that 3 dollar pwywy sketch is saafleiawufiugawwre from ruwigri-wug planet. i want the beak shape from this "link"and the colour of the beak/ toung form thsi "link" and the body shape from this "link" but the hips need to attach to the 10 different tails like this "link" and this "link" but the tails i want in the opisit direction forming a counterspiral loop that is slightly morphed into a heart shape but a squished heart shape liek this heart "link"." yeah... dont do this to me folks. i'v had this happen. next time ill keep ur money and tell u to go away for makeing me read tht sh*t. .. no i am not jokeing.
Flattened image - its a image that has been made into a single layer and now is only editable ontop of what you see. When you need to flatten the image you're working on in Photoshop ask yourself first, "Will I regret not being able to come back later and edit those layers?" that is why i ask if your happy with everything. if you say yes. i flatten the image. then i cannot change sh*t. (except maybe add shading).
Flatten/ flattening the image - to flatten/ when flattening an image all the seperate layers of art are stuck or compressed together and now are uneditable (or very close to it due to the difficulty). I always ask before flattening a commission. I check via wip/ ask instream etc. When i do flatten an image in Photoshop it collapses ALL open, visible layers into one single layer. This dosen't affect image quality. If i don't flatten my finished piece, you will end up with a PSD (Photoshop Document) that has a very large file size, and can only be saved as a PSD file (which most websites will not allow me to upload). After i'v flattened an image, Photoshop will then give me the choice of many different file types under which you can save the image. I useualy save it in JPG because websites seemn to hate when i try to upload anythign other than JPG.

PWYC - Pay What You Can means you pay what you can because you want art. but are kinda broke. end up me tellign you what i'd normally charge, then you pay what you can.
YCH - Your Character Here. like a spot in a piece fo art useualy that has a roughy drawn placeholder. rules prices auction/ buy options and choices are useualy all defined on the journal/ image.
