COMMISSION INFOS


On this page you will find all the details about the kind of commissions I do, what I will and won't draw.

Very important : All the commissions i do are for PERSONAL USE only ! No commercial use allowed, or in this case, we can negociate and talk about that.

How does it work ?

1/ You send me a note on my mail or on a private message, which include what kind of drawing you want, the character, the posing, the expression, etc.
2/ I’ll answer you the price and my paypal infos.
3/ You pay by Paypal.
4/ I send you a first version of the sketch (in case of a flat color, digital shading, icon of full picture). You can tell me if it’s ok. If not, you can tell me what to change on this stage.
5/ After it’s ok, I finish the picture.

Note : When I start the line up stage, you can’t change anything, unless few details on the color.

6/ I send you a full HD version of the picture done for your personal use, and a web version in low quality for you internet use.



-- Important Things To Note:

- Even if I do Digital AND traditional artwork (meanly for sketches), you will only receive digital copy from me, traditional art will be scan. Nothing in the post!
- I do not do comic pages or sequences.

- Do NOT send ANY payments until I request it from you. If you send payment beforehand, I will be very annoyed!

WILL/WONT DRAW:

• I won’t draw any sexual picture or adult contents
• I won't draw fanart or fancharacters of any kind.
• I can design a character for you, however it will cost quite a bit more then my usual commissions

EXTRA CHARGES:

• Fantasy and sci/fi armour
• Fantasy or real weapons.
• Complicate clothings/patterns and special drawings.
• Complex tattoo
• Designing a new clothing.
• Cosplay costumes.
• Backgrounds in perspective.
• Original drawing sent to the customer (France only)

PAYMENT:

• I always accept payment upfront and full before I start your commission.
• PayPal is my choice for payment, anything else is trouble to me due the place where I live.
• I accept payment in dollars ($) but I prefer as possible being paid in euros (€).


WIP/REWORKS:

• I accept changes in any of the sketch phases.
• I don´t accept changes when the lineart process is completed except for marking details, colors and hue/saturation.
• I will NOT rework a finished image.

TIMEFRAME:

• I try to get most commissions done within a week to a month, but as any human, I have a life outside internet. Thus I reserve the right to take as much time as I need to complete a commission. Also i can suffer from art blocks, in that case be patient with me, I always finish my commissions.
• I DO NOT accept deadlines of any kind. NO birthdays or special dates.

CHARACTER INFO

• Feel free to provide me with as many visual references as you wish for your commission. The more information you give me the more accurate I can be with the image.
• I do not accept lengthy text descriptions.
• Feel free to suggest poses or include images from Google to help me understand.
• I can not read minds so make sure the info you give me is accurate to what you’d like.
• feel free to include character personality descriptions no longer than 3 sentences.

OTHER:

• When I am finished I will send you a high resolution JPEG file of the image you commissioned. I will not send you a print of the image.
• If a commission is canceled by either party I will refund the money paid minus the amount for what work has been finished.
• I reserve the right to post or not post the image as I wish, unless previously agreed not to. I also reserve the right to use the image any way I like including portfolios.
• I will not take penalty for not reading your mind.
• You are able to provide me an e-mail adress if you don´t feel comfortable with FA note system
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question.
