In my last journal, in my half awake state, I mentioned that I was planning on giving a discounted commission option that went along the lines of "who wants to be my lab rat today" kind of thing. well I've worked out most of the details now in my head, so here's the rundown.
for these guinea pig commissions as I'm calling them, it's really really fucking easy.
> $10. one character only. you pick the character you want drawn, but not the context. there is no additional charge for anything I do in the image, whether vast background practice or if I draw your character fucking a random one I made up for pose practice. $10. no more. no less.
> every picture will 99% of the time be a simple portrait of the character. the other 1% is if I think a picture will be better with the character doing something(or someone *coughcough*) which I don't plan on doing too often unless the point of the experiment is to work on props or backgrounds.
>If I stream it, you can watch, but otherwise there is no approval stage. it's like a surprise grab box, you don't know what you're gonna get until it's finished. It's not going to be something like demeaning or insulting towards your character or anything, just a basic headshot/torso/full body drawing.
> if you really like the resulting image and want an avatar from it I can totally do that for no charge.
thats it! there's nothing to it! $10, send me a ref of your character or a description, wait a while, and I'll give you something new and different as a way of improving myself and learning new drawing techniques.
