Terms of Service and Work Process
General
NUMBER ONE RULE!!!!
Do NOT tell me to lower my prices, ask for any sort of free work, or complain about my prices!
You MAY tell me that you have a budget. I will possibly work with you on it, but i am NOT required to, so be respectful!
- What I WILL Draw:
Micro, Macro, Pretty much all body types, Pretty much any species (within reason), Any Gender, Nudity, Cuddling, Solo, Couples, Multiple characters (within reason), Backgrounds, etc. If you’re unsure, please ask.
- What I like drawing:
Horror/Macabre scenes, Foxes, Rabbits, Kissing, Artistic nudity, toned body types, malexmale.
- What I will NOT Draw:
I will not draw any of the following: Watersports, Scat, Vomiting, Daipers, Babyfur, Cubfur, if there’s anything you’re unsure of, please ask.
- What I do not like Drawing:
Feel free to ask if you are unsure, I wont judge. Im not horribly fond of mech, but will draw it, but will likely cost extra.

My Work Process
- Badges
I require full payment up front for these. (Paypal in USD) Once payment is received, I will begin work on your badge, I will either Message or Email you the finished piece (your choice, but please provide a preferred email address if that is your option). If you are having your badge shipped to you, please be sure to provide your address when you order.
** Shipping and Handling for badges in the U.S. is 3$ USD. If you are outside the country, Shipping and Handling varies by location and us to be paid in USD.**
I will NOT send progress pictures, just the final piece, so make sure the references you’ve sent me are accurate and up to date and be sure to send all reference in one message, along with your address/email etc. Once I receive payment and your references, i will start and nothing can be changed.
- Custom Work
After reading the general description of what you’d like to draw I will discuss final price with you (since prices in my commission section are basic/general pricing) as well as get references and other information from you. Please be sure to answer all of my questions as soon as possible, so that your piece can be started on ASAP.
Once priced, i require half of my payment up front before starting on your work. You will receive a photo of a very basic sketch so that you can approve posing etc. Once approved, i will give progress photos of the final sketchwork (which you are allowed one free edit if required, but additional edits take time, and i will expect extra compensation before continuing with extras, so when giving me the initial idea include everything you need me to know.), the line art (no edits are allowed from here on.), and the color stage before the other half of payment is asked for.
Upon completion I will first ask for the other half of payment before delivering a scan of your work to you.
*If you want your work shipped to you, that will be done after the rest of your payment is received.*
Please Note for Reference Sheets: Any sort of props or clothing your character will wear can be included in a ref sheet, but may cost extra for unusually intricate accessories. Same goes for markings, anything decidedly elaborate will require more time to work on, and will incur additional charges.
Payment
It’s your responsibility as the customer to make sure you have payment ready as soon as initial contact is made.
PAYPAL ONLY (in USD)
I can send invoice, so please make sure any paypal information you provide is accurate and up to date.
With smaller works such as badges, I expect payment up front!
With any custom work, other than badges, I expect half payment up front and half before delivery.
Usage
-You may:
Upload to your respective gallery as long as I am linked in the description as the creator of the artwork.
Print for personal use
-You may NOT:
Distribute prints or sell any work without permission
Post my work without proper credit to me
Use my work for personal profits unless specifically discussed and paid for
Order NSFW work if youre under 18
Edit my work (exceptions are basic editing needed to suit items like shirts, cover photos etc, when you pay for commercial rights to the piece. No major editing to the art itself.)
Refunds and Cancellations
I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time!
I will often refuse to work for someone that has been disrespectful, so respect me and you will be treated well.
YCH works will not be refunded unless it is due to fault of my own and I do not wish to correct it, which has yet to happen. If you pay for a YCH and try to cancel, you will not get a refund as you have taken time from that auction (and from me to advertise that auction etc), as well as causing me to lose business from those thinking it has been taken. Make sure you can afford a YCH before you bid!
If work has started and you would like to cancel, i will not require second half up payment, but will NOT refund any payment already made, as you have already used up my time and supplies that i need compensated for.
If I find that you are being rude, pushy, or outright inappropriate I will give you a warning, if the problem persists after said warning I will cancel your commission and you may possibly not get any refund from the first half of your payment(If i DO give a refund from the first half of payment, it will be a small portion.) and you will not be required to pay the second half, since i wont be continuing the commission. If you have paid in full and the project is almost finished, you will not be refunded at all, if you have been massively rude and ridiculously demanding.
I WILL NOT refund completed works no matter what the reason.
I am very good with communicating with my customers, and once you approve the final sketchwork, its not likely that i will make enough of a mistake that you will need a refund on a finished piece.
